The towels are very old and the floor carpet are very old have not good smell. The air condition is not good. They donot arrange the room everyday even I asked to do they dodnot do. Not near to restaurants or shopping mall.

Hotel is not in city center. But close to business center that called istoc. If you have things to do there , it can be good option

Very bad hotel,it was too hot , i couldn't sleep the ac was not working they send me a fan , i informed them about ac issue but they didn't respond curtains was dirty , windows was too dirty , no one will help you to get your luggage i asked them 3 times to bring toilet paper but they didnt respond , i've never expect i will face this bad service in a 4stars hotel

Hotel services are very poor staff at the guest realtion and receptionists have almost no command in English and it seems that the hotel hires only cheap non sompetent.empliyees ..

I was satisfied with the hotel experience, but I cannot say the same for trip.com. they took extra money from me by not calculating in turkish lira

Non-friendly staff, Confirmation stated that check in start 12:00, however the receptionist told me “this is false”, where this non-professional response

اسوء فندق شفته في حياتي المكان بعيد والعاملون سيئون جداً واسلوبهم وقح جداً وما عندهم خدمة الحقائب يعني انت تأخذ حقائبك للغرفة وتنزلها وموظفوا الاستقبال يتكلمون بعجرفه والغرف كلها متسخه وبها غبار والسرير متسخ والستائر والسجاد متسخين وتوجد رائحة سيئة بالغرفة وتوجد حشرات بالغرفة وعلى السرير مثل الصراصير ولا توجد لديهم خدمة صف السيارات وعند سوالي لموظف الاستقبال عن صف سيارتي واخذ حقائبي للغرفه رد علي بأسلوب وقح انت صف سيارتك وطلع حقائبك لغرفتك وطلبت من الاستقبال مناشف للاستحمام الساعه 11 مساءً وصلتني المناشف الساعه 9 صباحاً لا انصح احد ان يحجز به .

Güzeldi teşekkürler tekrar görüşmek üzere yine fiyat makul ve uygun olursa tekrar gelmek istiyorum

Konum güzel ve odalarda güzel sadece birazcık sigara içme konusunda sıkıntılı genel olarak çok güzel
