Ho prenotato la vasca idromassaggio ma ho finito con una semplice vasca da bagno, anche se la stanza è cambiata, è sporca e ci sono ancora i capelli... C'è anche un cuscino sporco e un mucchio di pelo sul secondo cuscino. La doccia a pioggia è più simile a una doccia leggera... l'acqua scorre molto poco e in modo irregolare. L'unico vantaggio, il materasso è molto comodo... Non ci andro 'mai piu!

Prenotato per 2 giorni dopo un viaggio di lavoro per rilassarsi, prendere il sole e nuotare in piscina. Di conseguenza, il primo giorno di riposo di domenica non è stato possibile nuotare o prendere il sole. L'hotel ha permesso a tutti di entrare in piscina per soldi. I bambini ei genitori in piscina hanno preso tutte le sedie a sdraio e hanno bevuto birra. Puzzava come un bar! Abbiamo pensato, beh, non ci dovrebbe essere nessuno lunedì, i bambini sono all'asilo e i genitori stanno lavorando! Ma l'hotel ha deciso proprio lunedì di vietare il trattamento dell'acqua e chiudere l'ingresso ai lettini! eccezionale! Cosa sono 5 stelle? 3 e non di più. Prostdelt rimase nella stanza per due giorni. Perché non c'è nessun posto dove andare.

This hotel had an amazing buffet and a great spa and gymnasium was top notch. The swimming pool was good. I could do laps in there in the mornings and I had a really good time. The only complaint I had was one of the staff members was very rude to me when I played the piano in the restaurant all of the customers enjoyed my music, and this lady seem to think nobody wanted to hear that when in fact they did, and she was really rude to me. I did complain to the management about her, but other than that all the other stuff was very helpful. They even put a room side-by-side. It was really good to us. I will return again someday.

Booked this hotel, unaware that our 4 nights were during Eid al Adha so we were a little concerned about having to spend more time than we planned in a hotel. We should not have worried as, not only were the bedrooms comfortable and spacious, all hotel facilities were great too. We were able to take advantage of generous holiday discounts at the spa and enjoyed amazing treatments and massages. Food was delicious and it was wonderful to relax and eat by the pool. Staff could not have been more helpful and they ensured we enjoyed every minute of our stay, arranging our transfers and generally being very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I checked out and went to another hotel but had to come back again, I think that explains a lot about staying at this hotel.

As a solo traveller its the safest place to stay. Comfortable, clean, aesthetically decorated and with the friendly staff around. Everything you need is just a dial-button away.

Titanic Business Kartal Is always an excellent choice. I am looking forward to bring my business customers over and over again to this Hotel

All in all, it was a decent hotel to stay at. nothing extraordinary or out of this world but a decent clean hotel to stay at. Expensive breakfast around $18.

Me and my family spent in this stay 5 amazing days with a very professional staff.

Very nice! Good breakfast, good service. Everything on top! They even decorate the room for us bevause we were on honeymoon!!!!
