Sirin is the worst hotel in Istanbul...every things in the hotel is bad...

Добрый день! Отдыхала и работала в данном отеле 10 дней. Удобное расположение до метро, автобусной станции и паромов 10 минут. Отель находится на довольно тихой улочке , ночью будете спать спокойно. Но в то же время до улиц с кафе и магазинами 5 минут. Уборка в номерах каждый день, каждые два дня смена постельного белья, обязательно пополняют холодильник питьевой водой. В номере не закрывалось одно окно, при обращении на ресепшен задачу решили в течение двух часов, за что огромная благодарность, такой оперативности не ожидала. Очень приветливый персонал, помогают по любым вопросам. Завтраки проходят в соседнем отеле за углом. Очень рекомендую данный отель.

IThey moved me to grand as hotel which was very good amazing staff especially aysha and ayda
Breakfast was very nice very clean rooms the area is central for everything I really enjoyed my staying there and I really recommend grand as hotel

The worst experience in my life I reserved the standard room, they gave me budget room which was awful Dirty, smelly, sooooo small and they took the same price I booked for 3 nights but i could not even sleep there the first night, they promised me to change it, but after first night they told me they cant give me the room bec i came back at night So i found another hotel and i left from this hell I suggest u dont waste your money and dont make bad memories from your trip

Great location right next to the metro station of Kadiköy. Nice staff with an ok level of English. My room had a shower which was in horrible condition, broken and dirty. There was also no safety box whatsoever. The breakfast was also quite poor. However, I got a room here for only 24 € so considering the price it was an average experience altogether.

Hotel is near by metro bus and ferry and shopping all in walking distance staff are so friendly

Really friendly staff they helped with most of the things I needed. I had to ask my room like 3 times, not really good in that. The connections in the room didn’t work; i asked to switch rooms but they said it was fully booked.

The hotel is next to kadikoy city center. The pillow was not comfortable but they have me another whenever i asked for it. It was good stay overall. Staff were eager to help.
