Lasagrada Hotel Istanbul

The worst hotel I have ever been to , especially when they know u booked through booking, first of all the hospitality is 0! And the manager there is completely disrespectful, he was shouting, yelling and swearing on us on the middle of the hotel lobby, because we refused to pay things that we didn’t use , it’s a big scam , u will be amazed by the chocolate coffe water that in the room and they will put everyday and they will charge u for it at the end of the trip you have to pay for everything they put without u ask and even if u didn’t use it , he gave us 3 different bills (the manager) and then after we called the police , they came and we payed even more what we should because the manager knows we had flight and we don’t want to miss it and we payed a bit less then the original amount, it’s a scam hotel , Be carful be aware and the cleaning services is really unexpected, they ruin our trip , and if u want to use the swimming pool u have to wear something in your head for 5 euro At the the top I can’t imagine how a hotel manager will tell the customers u are lying and swear to them in middle of the hotel!
