La camera era troppo piccola per mettere i bagagli. Nemmeno lo spazio sufficiente per muoverci. I servizi erano ok. La colazione era ok. Il design degli interni delle camere è bellissimo.

È un hotel a 4 stelle abbastanza buono che prende 10/10 per quanto riguarda la sua posizione se desideri soggiornare nella regione di Sultanahmet, molto vicino ad Agia Sofia, alla Moschea Blu e alla Basilica Cinstera. La camera è come mostrano le foto dell'hotel. È piuttosto piccolo ma molto pulito. Il problema dell'hotel è solo la colazione scarsa che credo debbano migliorare. Anche il fatto che non ci sia l'ascensore è un problema soprattutto se torni stanco o sei in età avanzata. In generale è un buon hotel con personale gentile e potrei visitarlo di nuovo se vado a Istanbul.

The hotel is superbly located, right behind the Hagia Sofia. It’s a cozy hotel with very friendly staff. I had an early morning arrival and I wasn’t sure they’d allow me to check in. To my surprise, they not only gave me the room, but also invited me to have breakfast! The staff are all very helpful when I need information or have questions. Very good communication prior to arrival. The room is a bit too small. Not like the photos on display. But at least it’s cozy and clean. Beware that the hotel is located in the zone where vehicles are not allowed. When you travel with luggage there will be a small inconvenience coming in the hotel. When I left, the hotel staff helped me with my luggage all the way to the taxi.

Location excellent, nice rooms, clean beds and towels everyday, pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast, It`s the same every day but that doesn`t matter, there`s plenty to choose from, fruit, juice, eggs, cheese, meat, marmelade, olives tomatoes, cucumber and so on.

The hotel was in an extremely convenient location with very helpful staff who gave us a gift as we checked out however there was a lot of negatives namely the room was tiny with a hard sheet as opposed to a duvet and the en-suite was a glass box in the room (although designed) so lacked privacy.

What a great little hotel. Right in the heart of Istanbul near the Blue Mosque. Many other sites worth visiting in the neighbouring area, the Basilica cistern just down the road, Grand Bazaar and spice markets all really close too. Lots of wonderful restaurants in the vicinity too. The room whilst small was functional and clean. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean with a good shower, plenty of shower gel and shampoo provided gratis too, along with fresh towels. The Breakfast room was a good size and the food was good to start the day off with a small selection of hot and cold food plus cereals and coffee/tea. There are quite a few stairs up to the rooms so if you have mobility issues I would suggest asking for a ground floor as there is no lift. Reception manned all day and night so easy to get in and out. All in all, a great place to stay in a superb location.

El hotel es pésimo. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, el área de los baños está mal diseñada porque son muy estrechos y alargados a tal punto que en el sanitario se debe sentar la persona de lado y no de frente. Las toallas están rotas, deshilachadas y manchadas. El desayuno es muy pobre, no tiene variedad y los huéspedes prefieren desayunar por fuera del hotel.

Отель далеко не четверка. Нас заселили в какой-то подвальный номер, в котором не было окон, только муляжи. У кого клаустрофобия или панические атаки , предупреждаю сразу. Мне было очень некомфортно там. Попросили дать другой номер,сказали ,что нет и переселят позже,да так и не переселили. У мужа был день рождения, сказала на ресепшен,но от отеля не поздравили. В ванной комнате черная плесень в углах. Из ванных принадлежностей только шампунь и гель для душа.Слышимость высокая,в соседнем номере кто-то чихал,как будто у нас в ванной. Подушки маленькие, неудобные. Завтрак скудный. Из плюсов это персонал и расположение.
