Stanza mia pulita nel sotterraneo dell’albergo piena di muffa senza finestre umidità incredibile personale menefreghista asciugamano e letti sporchi evito di parlare del bagno dimenticavo lavandino con solo acqua fredda colazione pagata e mai avuta mancanza di sistema antincendio insomma una cantina forse era meglio spazzatura ovunque VACANZA ROVINATA prenotato con edrims mai risposto alla mail di reclamo

The only nice thing about this hotel is the pictures on the web. We were offered a room in the basement which smelled awful and was dirty. We left the following day after my worst hotel experience ever. We booked into Aprilis Gold Hotel nearby. Very nice and trip was saved.

Booked a room here, worst design ever, it looks nothing like the photos, you will be catfished. Stayed 2 days and had enough, the staff especially RISHAT were extremely rude and threatened to kick me and my Mom out just because there were 2 drunk ladies above our room and we complained about the noise They put us in the room next to a restaurant we got woken up everyday 7:30am by the cook and by all the guests who kept coming in and out, the lifts are so old and noisy, the rooms are like paper thin walls you can hear absolutely everything. This country is beautiful but the people are greedy for money and dont look after it, the staff at the reception are so stuck up dont smile dont say hi, you need help they dont give you, instead like Rishat did to me we got shouted at. Stay away from this hotel this is a very very very bad hotel, Unclean showers, rubbish breakfast, you get salami bread tomatos for breakfast the same things no cereal no toast or even milk its horrible, I wanted a refund but they did NOT give it to me. Stay clear of this hotel NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE HORRIBLE UNHELPFUL STAFF

This hotel is not for family it’s only for single people and couples, their rooms is very small is outdated hotel, room service who they clean the rooms they’re very nasty and not clean, they don’t change linen, they don’t change blankets, they barely put some paper towel and towels, staff is very good they’re the most great staff I’ve ever met in my life, hotel is close to everything is in very good area, but unfortunately it’s not for a family, breakfast is bad as well. No parking space at all.

Самый отвратительный отель. Единственный плюс этого отеля это вид с номера на море. Ужасно грязные номера, отвратительные завтраки. Третий раз в Стамбуле , такого ужаса я не видела . Благо в этом отеле мы были только два дня. Больше я бы там не выдержала .

Außer dem Standort kann man zu diesem Hotel nichts positives sagen! Wir haben das Hotel für 5 Tage gebucht sind nach 1 Stunde abgereist. Sowas eckliges hab ich noch nicht gesehen. Obwohl die Bettwäsche „neu“ bezogen wurde alles voller Haaren und Flecken. Handtücher stinken Badezimmer - klodeckel voller urin Duschkabine voller kalkflecken Unten an der Rezeption hatten wir schon ein komisches gefühl… haben ein Zimmer mit Fenster bekommen das Fenster war so dreckig das man die andere straßenseite nicht sehen konnte… überlegt es eich zweimal ob ihr euch sowas antuen wollt, oder lieber ein bisschen drauf zahlt und wo anders hin geht! Falls ihr die treppen benutzt, VORSICHT rutschgefahr da sir Nass geputzt werden!

Отдыхали в отеле вместе с подругой. После прилёта доехали и нашли отель быстро, в отеле нас встретил приветливый персонал и мы быстро заселились в номер. Оставив вещи и получив подробные инструкции по тому куда можно сходить и как туда доехать от сотрудника отеля Решада мы пошли гулять. Решад нам не просто все расписал, но и рассказал все подробно про Стамбул. Даже подсказал как купить карту для поездок. Отдельная благодарность за такой теплый прием, всех гостей встречает с улыбкой. Рядом с отелем две остановки трамвая, мы легко добирались до мест, которые хотели и планировали посетить. На следующий день после прилёта мы гуляли по главным достопримечательностям Стамбула, которые находятся в пешей доступности от отеля. Отель имеет самое удачное и удобное расположение. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. А вид с террасы просто великолепный. Хочется отметить так же вай фай отеля, который работал без нареканий и даже в номере. Отель мы однозначно рекомендуем. Надеемся, что в скором времени вернемся в этот отель и к этим прекрасным людям, работающим в нем, обязательно вновь позавтракаем на террасе с красивым видом.

Спасибо большое Курбан)) отдыхали вместе с молодым человеком в сентябре! Выбрали номер на цокольном этаже, без окна. Даже не увидев этого! Курбан помог решить данную проблему. Поменял без вопросов на другой номер. В отеле можно было забронировать экскурсии, еще поменять деньги. Расположение отеля суперское. Прямо в центре. Всё рядом. В стоимость также был включен завтрак. Завтрак самый обычный. Все было вкусно и стандартно) Терраса отеля заслуживает отдельного внимания. Там невероятная красота. Шикарные виды. Отдых в Стамбуле безумно понравился. Обязательно приедем еще!

Adquiri um pacote de três noites em instanbul através da edrems onde o hotel estava incluído. Fomos bem recebidos mas os problemas apareceram quando nos mostraram os quartos na cave sem ventilação, com cheiro a bolor e mobilia antiga e estragada. Os tecidos estavam velhos e cheios de nódoas. Propusemos pagar algo mais por quartos minimamente dignos mas disseram que era impossível e que a agencia de viagem é que tinha feito este tipo de reserva. Os empregados tornaram-se malcriados e com uma iniciativa verbal violenta quando assinalamos as más condições da habitação. Assim que vimos que era impossível mudar de quarto decidimos optar por procurar outro hotel e sair deste sem demora. A poucos metros estava o zem hotel onde fomos atendidos com excelência em todos os aspetos. O hotel art city foi a pior experiência que tive até a data.

3 kişi geldik 3 kişi için küçük bir odaydı. personel çok iyi. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Gezilecek yerleri, nasıl gidilmeli olduğnu anlatdılar. Genel olarak temmizdi ilk gitdiyimizde. Sonra temmizlik için geldiklerinde sadece yatağı topluyorlardı. Yemekler çok lezzetli deyildi, orta seviyyede

Mantenimiento nulo. Suciedad en todo el hotel. Habitación con vistas increíbles sucia y colchón horroroso. Lo único bueno es la situación te permite ir a los sitios más importantes andando. Desayuno horroroso imposible de comer. No recomendable.

Ужасный отель, грязь, серые тряпки вместо полотенец и постельного белья, уборки нет, от слова совсем, двери на балкон не закрываються, везде плесень, вонь, за, что не прикоснись, везде чувство брезгливости, завтрак отвратительный, его просто нет, посуда грязная, яйцо варенное, хлеб и помидоры, кофе, чай пить не возможно, хуже отеля в своей жизни я не видела, ни когда не повторяйте нашей ошибки, не за какие деньги не бронируйте этот сявушник!!!!!!

Хороший отель за свои деньги. Удачное расположение, все в шаговой доступности. Приветливый персонал. Все, что нужно для принять душ, переночевать, позавтракать, зарядить камеры. Есть некоторые недостатки, но это же трехзвездочный отель!
