Hotel in zona Historic Grand Harbor Beach, Istanbul

Per la mia prima visita post-Covid in Turchia, una destinazione regolare dove ho cari amici, sono andato direttamente dall'aeroporto all'Hotel Kilia, un vero preferito, e a soli 40 minuti di auto. Il Kilia è un piccolo, tranquillo, amichevole stabilimento, con una bella piscina e una bella vista sul mare nero. Il piccolo villaggio, sotto, ha una modesta scelta di ristoranti, più specializzati nel pesce, ma nessun bar, quindi nessuna raffinazione. Le camere sono piccole, pulite e senza spazi, ci sono una palestra ben attrezzata, un ristorante giardino molto buono e un favoloso hamburger servito dalla piscina.

Abbiamo trascorso un bel fine settimana con la mia famiglia e i miei amici vicini. L'hotel è in una posizione perfetta. Ci sono molti belli ristoranti e club a piedi. Vorrei dire sul personale dell'hotel che sono molto amichevoli.Vorrei ringraziare in particolare la signora di FO .Il suo nome è Betul, che lavora alla reception. Ha organizzato un bel fine settimana per noi. La congratulo con lei e con l'hotel.gestione per la loro ospite.

Vize görüşmesi için gitmiştim ve en yakın otel buydu. Bana uğurlu geldi ve vizemi aldım . Müşteriyi karşılamaları gayet içten ve güler yüzlüydüler. Kaldığım oda 1+1 suit deniz gören odaydı ve temizLiği olsun konforu olsun oldukça başarılıydı. Otele giriş saatinden bayağı bir süre sonra girmeme rağmen odanın kombisi yanıyordu ve çok üşüyen biri olarak bu beni çok memnun etti. Oda servisi güleryüzlü ve kibar. Akşam yemeğinden sonra girişyaptığım için çok açtım ve odaya restorantlarından yemek söyledim. İnanılmaz lezzetli ve büyük porsiyonlar. Fiyatları da gayet uygun . Tekrar teşekkür ederim çalışanlarına 🙏

L'hotel è in una posizione molto buona vicino al ponte Fatih Sultan Mehmet. Se avete un'attività soprattutto sul lato europeo e sul lato anatolico, sarebbe ideale. Poiché è a un tratto, un certo rumore di traffico è inevitabile. Il personale è eccellente. Essi aiutano perfettamente e individuano tutte le questioni che si possono avere immediatamente. A mezzanotte, ho avuto delle domande relativamente minori e la ricezione mi ha dato informazioni al mattino che tutti saranno ordinati (e sono tornato in camera), e apprezzo l'aiuto di Dogukan Bey e Ugur Bey in queste questioni. Essi erano davvero attenti, amichevoli e cooperativi.

Le strutture della stanza sono molto lussuose e il rapporto prezzo è eccezionale.La reception può fornire servizi di cambio di oro per dollari per lira turca. Impianti: attrezzature molto nuove, con piscina e fitness. Salute: le camere e il hall sono pulite e pulite e confortevoli. Trasporti: comodo.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

My stay was very comfortable and I am pleased that I got the exact accommodation service worth to the price I paid. Everytime when I went to İstanbul I am staying in this hotel since apart from the easily reachable with public transportation, hotel team members are very helpful to make your stay more enjoyable.

Ciao Mi e mia moglie siamo venuti a Istanbul per un intervento chirurgico. A causa della clinica che ha rovinato gli hotel, siamo stati inviati al Centro Hotel. Siamo arrivati al 9.30 in ricevimento e da allora siamo stati controllati al 14.00 nelle nostre camere. Poiché abbiamo pagato, dovremmo avere diritto al colazione. Purtroppo no. Quindi io e mia moglie dobbiamo pagare per avere colazione. Il personale della ricezione è molto rude. Non si preoccupano di tutto il tempo, ma le loro scuse “non sappiamo nulla” abbiamo spiegato alla ricezione che stiamo rimanendo 2 giorni, dopo aver controllato, andando in ospedale e dopo 2 giorni torneremo a controllare. Abbiamo fatto un'ora il primo giorno, siamo tornati, siamo andati in piedi, non poteva aprire la porta, siamo andati alla ricezione, sembra che ci sia stato fatto un checkout senza essere informati( denaro, bagagli lasciati nella stanza) Abbiamo andato alla ricezione “ tipica risposta : Non sappiamo nulla “Il ricevitore molto brutto. Infine abbiamo controllato di nuovo. Tornando dall'ospedale, ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto la stessa stanza, ok non preoccupate, ma ancora una volta molto agitato abbiamo ricevuto la stanza terribile ( porta igienica rotta, bagno drenaggio profumo molto cattivo, muri sporchi, Mobili chipped ) - suppongo sia 5* hotel. Non stavo parlando con la ricezione, niente è stato fatto. Dopo un giorno sono andato di nuovo giù e finalmente cambiano la nostra stanza. Non molto impressionato. Chiesto un piatto extra - 1 giorno per ottenere. Alimento all'hotel- soggiorno lontano - molto costoso e non impressionante. Risposta alla gestione: Sì ho la denuncia e sollevo le mie denuncia, ma ci vuole un po' per risolvere. In una parola, cerca di evitare questo hotel. Delusione.
