Hotel in zona Çamlıbelde Parkı, Istanbul

Comfortable place to stay for those who need quick access to Sabiha Gökçen airport which is a 5 minute drive away. Rooms are well kept & comfortable. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Couple of hundred meters away from some excellent food courts & a couple of small malls. Great choice for those in for a very long haul between flights or a short business trip to Istanbul. The Starbucks on their premises is a definite plus too.

Il peggiore hotel che abbia mai visto come ospite in tutto il mondo, a due figli piccoli, perchè sono vicino all'aeroporto. All'entrata, lasciate che la gente si muova in 2 figli miei 3 bagagli, e mi sono appena trasferito in una stanza difficile, come non si salutano in una ricezione. ... È un sistema che fa schifo con 4 alberghi separati in un albergo ... Camere!!!!!!!!!!! Resta più pulita e più comoda nella tenda!!!!!!!!! Il bagno è già in sporco, le camere sono in tutto il cappello, la pelliccia e la polvere ... scarpe per volta ... le camere sono fredde! Sciocche, sporche, sporche, sporche, ..... 3 persone abbiamo pagato 1 asciugamano su un sedile, così ho dormito 3 ore perché tre persone si tremavano dal freddo, ma una letto e una asciugamano ... un cuscino extra con pizzo non c'è niente ... Non abbiamo fatto niente, I miei figli non volevano dormire, ma ho aspettato che si raffreddassero... ..perche' le finestre ...... ..sono intorno alla stanza... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Non ho neanche 1 dipendente che lascerà la chiave mattina ... Ho i bagagli bambini con quel stress e anche trovare un taxi ha subito una tortura ... nessuno ha aiutato nessuno ALL'AVVIO.. Quindi non ci siete, sembra che non ci sia .... Non ricordo di essere così nervosa nella mia vita e di essere una madre sola.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Mi sono recato in Turchia per sottopormi ad un intervento chirurgico, ho scelto questo hotel per il prezzo molto basso e perché era vicino alla clinica. La posizione era un po' difficile per orientarsi in strade difficili e lontane dal centro, la colazione era un po' carente, mi hanno cambiato camera perché non aveva vista sulla città e la seconda non mi piaceva, molto buono nonostante un po' di umidità posso solo dire che è tutto perfetto per il prezzo pagato Il personale è super gentile e pronto a rendere il vostro soggiorno la migliore esperienza possibile!!! Se tornassi? senza dubbio ritornerei 😊👍

È a circa dieci minuti di auto dall'aeroporto. È in un piccolo paese. È gestito da un gruppo di giovani con un atteggiamento molto buono. Hanno dato personalmente indicazioni per ristoranti e supermercati servizi completi e il letto era molto comodo. Il giorno successivo ci hanno chiamato un taxi per l'aeroporto, se avessimo bisogno di una breve sosta, sarebbe bello restare per una notte.

Es ist fast nah zu allem . Zimmer sieht genau so aus wie auf dem Bilder . Service sehr nett . Alles eigentlich super , außer dass es das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite lag und man morgens etwas den Lärm von Verkehr mıtbekommt aber es hat nicht gestört . Alles war gut .. Es ist reichlich für die Leute die sich nicht die ganze Zeit im Zimmer aufhalten ..

L’albergo è sicuramente bello, ha stanze gradevolmente arredate e sufficientemente spaziose per garantire un soggiorno confortevole. Non ci sono servizi aggiuntivi legati al benessere ed alla cura della persona. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Peccato che sia in una posizione decentrata e che ad Istanbul muoversi, anche in taxi, sia una complicazione tremenda. Per quanto un bell’albergo, consiglio di trovare un hotel più vicino ai luoghi che si vogliono visitare.

This was most certainly the worst hotel I've stayed in till date. After reading poor reviews for many Istanbul hotels close to sultanahmet, i saw some good reviews for this and decided to book. On arrival, the front office manager on the reception desk couldn't find our reservations, this took at least 10mins for him to sort, which I wasn't too pleased with, especially as we'd been travelling for around 15hours and had got off an overnight flight with no sleep with my elderly mother with me, that, and he didn't as so much apologise. Oh well, I let it go and we made our way up to the room. The deluxe room I'd booked was *tiny*, there was just enough floor space to open one suitcase, take what you need, close it and put it away to be able to move past it. The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean too. I was about to hop into the shower when I pulled a towel off the rack.....brown poo stains were smeared over it. I was absolutely disgusted. I rang reception (the only number you can ring) and the front office manager said he'll send up housekeeping, yet again, not even a simple 'sorry'. I expressed how disgusted I was, I had only been in the hotel half an hour at this point! Housekeeping arrived shortly and replaced the towels. I had booked breakfast with our stay. The selection of food is very minimal. There were 2 waitresses who spent their time cleaning tables and stocking plates, guests were mainly ignored. Despite having paid for breakfast, you had to buy eggs and fresh juices. the only eggs available in the breakfast buffet were scrambled eggs and the juice was one I saw the waitress reconstituting from a powder and water. I've never stayed in a hotel where I've paid for breakfast and then been told I'd have to pay extra for certain items on the breakfast menu! Daylight robbery! I asked for an iron, which was sent up promptly. I rang down to enquire about the ironing board as there was nowhere to iron. The front office manager said ”Lady, you asked for an iron and you've got one now so what do you want!” I explained that i need a board to iron on, he said he'd see and call me back and angrily put the phone down. I didn't hear back for a few hours and needed clothes to go out in. So i had to use the bed as a make shift ironing board, not to mention the spits of hot water that burnt my hand in the process. Later in the day I rang for something else and also mentioned I didn't hear back about the ironing board- front office manager simply said he's been busy-no apology. He sent housekeeping to the room- a friendly lady who couldn't speak English and yet when i explained to her she understood and promptly brought me one. Be careful when ordering room service - the hotel don't actually make the food....they order takeout! I was told it would come in 20mins, I chased up 30mins later and was told 5mins, and then I chased up again and someone else who picked up laughed and said no it wouldn't be 5mins, it'll be another 20mins. Salute: pulito, pulito Servizio: preoccupato per la sicurezza della Turchia, ha deciso di prendere Hilton. L'hotel era in buona fede, ma non era affatto in linea con la proprietà. Inoltre, per circa un'ora i tamburi erano inclini a chiamare i fedeli a mangiare prima del mattino, come è il Ramandan. Ho viaggiato in molti paesi musulmani durante il mese sacro e non ho mai avuto questa esperienza; e ho incluso Istanbul. Non potevo dormire mentre i gioielli si facevano più duri, perché non ci erano cortina, solo una rete che accendeva la stanza non appena la mattina si spezzava. Mi sono lamentato alle sei e ho pensato di essere d'accordo amichevole, ma alle dieci, questo era cambiato e il manager è diventato brutto e aggressivo. Mi sentivo minacciato e insafe e fu costretto a dire che mi mancava il volo, perché mi fu detto che era l'unico a cui avrei recuperato i miei soldi. Il manager non ha avuto ragione di dire che mi ha dato 175 euro quando mi ha dato 150 euro e mi ha detto di lasciare il suo hotel. Un altro esempio vergognoso della mancanza di verità.
