Hotel in zona Alt Caz, Istanbul

Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

Viaggiare a Istanbul è un'esperienza eccitante e la maggior parte del tempo si dovrebbe uscire dall'hotel e camminare intorno, quindi prenotare l'hotel lussuoso non è una buona idea. Devi considerare invece del tuo pagamento. A prima vista, la posizione di questo hotel può sembrare un po' deludente, ma vi assicuro che questo hotel è in una posizione fantastica e sicura, così come alla notte, quando dormi, è più tranquillo di molti quartieri. . Assicurati di ottenere il servizio giusto per il prezzo che paghi. L'unico svantaggio è forse la piccola dimensione di alcune delle camere di questo hotel, che, considerando che l'obiettivo del viaggio in questa città è la vista e si va all'hotel solo per il bagno e il sonno, tutte le vostre esigenze saranno soddisfatte. Un hotel eccellente, vicino alla piazza e a Istiklal Caddesi in pochi minuti, e tutti i servizi sono disponibili intorno ad esso, da ristoranti, negozi di alimentari o barbieri. L'auto entra e la zona è sicura e protetta. Tutto grazie allo staff dell'hotel del fratello Ibrahim Ma Qasr e il direttore dell'hotel, il signor Amrallah.. Grazie, grazie per il rispetto, l'attenzione e l'ospitalità. Ci hanno trattato come se fossero la loro famiglia... solo un piccolo ringraziamento... e un hotel che consiglierei a famiglie o singoli individui, e la colazione è disponibile. Torneremo, a Dio piacendo

Ciao ... Sono rimasto con la mia famiglia a Istanbul a Noble pangalti per 10 notti. L'hotel è stato aperto di nuovo, tutto era molto pulito e luminoso. Fogli, tovaglioli e biancheria da bagno tutti nuovi . Dico all'hotel 5 di 5 con tutto non è l'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era le mutande, non era molto comodo. Per la gente che lavora lì (ricevitori, custodi) Io di certo dare loro un rating 10 di 5 speciali Ali , tuttavia tutti erano molto gentili, molto utile e molto amichevole in aggiunta i gentiluomini in reception parlavano tutti inglese - Bene. Raccomando molto l'hotel, e come un visitatore normale a Istanbul, questo hotel è un pezzo di mente per i miei viaggi.

Sono stato qui per una settimana in ostello. Il servizio è molto gentile e aiutarli dove possono. Ho avuto un cambio di camera senza problemi e questi sono puliti e relativamente tranquilli situato a una strada laterale. La paniera sveglia una colazione con l'odore di pane fresco ;) Tuttavia, non è un traffico di fornitura. La colazione è gentile, marmellate, miele, qualche verdura e tè, acqua o caffè. È molto importante ricordare che le donne che lavorano puliscono ogni giorno. Solo nel bagno manca un gancio per appendere e proteggere i loro oggetti e sacchetti culturali da bagni umidi :D

Отель находится очень близко от исторического центра, персонал дружелюбный (ровно до того, как возникнут какие-либо проблемы), завтрак на приятной терассе, но в соседнем отеле, с хорошим видом на море. Цены приемлеые. И молодой человек, который нас заселял, действительно милый. На этом плюсы заканчиваются, а дальше начинаются только МИНУСЫ. 4 звездами тут даже не пахнет, от силы 2. А уровень сервиса – минус 4 звезды. 1) Из номера пропали вещи. Вещи возвращены не были, компенсации не было, зато было много хамства, угроз и оскорблений от персонала в мой адрес. В последний день уборщики выкинули мои вещи, взяв их из тумбочки, которая стоит рядом с мусорным ведром. К сожалению, ее не смутило, что пакет с вещами не мусорный, что пакет стоит в тумбочке рядом с мусорным ведром, а не в ведре. Не смутило наличие в пакете множества нужных мне лекарств, наушников, некоторых предметов гардероба, а также ключей от квартиры! Проблема отсутствия была замечена поздно вечером, когда мы вернулись после прогулки. В пакете были важные для меня таблетки. Персонал с reception предложил мне вместо них парацетомол (который никак мне не мог помочь), на этом его услужливость закончилась! После этого он сказал, что его смена до 11 вечера и ушел. Наплевав на все мои проблемы. Дополнительно сообщив, что в нашем номере вообще никто не выкидывал мусор, они якобы созвонились с уборщицей и она сказала, что не убирала и даже не заходила. А мусор, видимо испарился! Ей они верят, а мне нет. Ищи лучше, чао! Потрясающая работа персонала, не правда ли? К счастью или несчастью, отель, видимо, имеет общего собственника и управляющего с другим отелем, где нам подавали завтрак. Как минимум персонал там один и тот же, поэтому проблему пришлось идти решать в соседний отель. Там, казалось, молодой человек был более услужливый и клятвенно мне обещал, что мне всё вернут, всё компенсируют и помогут. Но уже после того, как я уеду. А двери от квартиры я должна вскрыть профессионалами (поскольку ключи от моей квартиры были выкинуты), как в дальнейшем писал мне управляющий – «это же всего 2долларов, у вас что нет 20 долларов?». Всё их участие состояло в том, что 1) мне велели успокоиться (это ведь так просто быть спокойной, понимая, что когда приедешь домой, попасть туда не получится!), 2) просмотрели со мной камеры , где видно, что уборщик выносит из номера мой пакет с вещами!! А ведь ранее говорили, что к нам никто даже не заходил! Но теперь их версия изменилась. Теперь версия персонала состояла в том, что они взяли мой пакет с вещами прямо из мусорки. Они не могут мне ничего компенсировать, потому что надо расследовать это дело! Что расследовать? Загадка! Но добиться мне ничего не удалось, мы обменялись месенджерами и меня убедили ждать решения проблемы на следующий же день в 8 утра. На следующий день я вернулась в свой город. В мессенджере я получила только очередное сообщение с просьбой успокоиться и сообщение о том, что моим вопросом занимаются и напишут на следующий день (опять на сл

La posizione dell'hotel e il personale della reception e delle pulizie erano molto gentili, ma non eravamo soddisfatti della colazione. Proprio quando tè-caffè e varietà non soddisfacevano, dal cibo è emersa una persona indesiderata. Sarebbe meglio restare senza colazione. Ci sono già parecchie opzioni in giro. La stanza puzzava anche di fumo di sigaretta.

La posizione è buona, proprio al centro di Kadikoy dove si trova l'azione, ma lontano dalle folle. È una prova sonora per le attività esterne molto buona, quindi anche i venditori di vestiti al piano di sotto non si sentono rumori all'interno della stanza. La stanza è molto amichevole e ho ricevuto un aggiornamento gratuito in una sala balcone. È anche spaziosa con pulizia giornaliera. Resterà qui la prossima visita a Istanbul.

Beautiful looking hotel, great staff. The Location is not really the best but there was a huge mall 10min drive away. Taxis and public transportation is accessible but the traffic is crazy in this area. I stayed for 3 nights and I was moderately comfortable, there was a Strange smell in the room and I would blame the damp.. I don’t know if Turkey struggles with damp a lot but is seems like they do seeing that the last hotel I stayed in had the same problem. Besides this the hotel was nice, with a beautiful atrium. There was also a Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel building with very high priced food plus tax charges, I only had lunch there once and made sure to avoid it afterwards. The only thing I can say is the hotel is maintained well compared to what I have experienced in the past. I really appreciated the service when checking in, there was a person to help to with your bags and show you to your room and helps you connect to the Wi-Fi, this was a nice gesture. The hotel also has security with scanners which gives the guest a sense of real security, I liked this. There leisure centre was amazing, they have a great fully equipped gym free to used with staff. They also provide a personal trainer at an extra cost.
