All rooms & spaces on one level with a flat entrance. **Home Highlights** • Plenty of parking space! • Big patio with grill for outdoor relaxation • Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • Tucked away via a private driveway, very quiet • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • The home is a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) which is a stand alone home that shares a lot with another main house, occupied by another party. We respect your privacy and will ensure minimal disruption during your stay. • The driveway parking is shared between the two houses. You may occasionally see one or two cars parked in the driveway, but rest assured, there will be plenty of space for up to 4 or 5 cars. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day.
