Tiree Lodge Hotel Isle of Tiree Scotland

I visited this restaurant recently and had the Highland Burger with peppercorn sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, and the peppercorn sauce really brought everything together – rich, creamy, and the perfect complement. What really stood out though wasn’t just the food, but the service. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the meal. I also witnessed a moment that showed how genuine the staff are: when a customer accidentally left their phone behind, the server didn’t hesitate to run after their car to return it. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and deserves recognition. Between the amazing food and the outstanding service, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t find any staff anywhere. Few tradesmen eating in bar (which smelt strongly of cigarette smoke) but no staff. Restaurant deserted. Had to pick our way through sheep poo to get in front door .. appreciate can be a hazard in sheep filled country but appeared to have been no attempt for some time to clean the area.

Wonderful friendly staff, had a nice enough lunch here on a Sunday. We were a little chilly but enjoyed the view over the wonderful beach. They were still clearing up from a wedding the night before so things were a little messy but we understood.

Fast service, friendly staff, great food. Pleasantly surprised at the overall experience after hearing not so positive things. It was busy and one worker did a fantastic job keeping everything moving considering the lack of other staff present. Beautiful views outside to Gott Bay whilst enjoying a lovely meal is a place I’d like to go back to.

Absolutely abysmal accomodation. They don't bother updating anything because they know people don't have much other options than to stay there and at their other awful hotel in Scarinish. The water is COLD, the grubby interior and rooms are still as dirty as when I last had to stay here in early 2018! Owners haven't visited in years instead they let questionable management run it. Knowing they don't have to spend on it as people have no other large accomodation on this rude and ignorant island. Id rather sleep in my car. No hot water after a long walk thanks a lot.

I stayed here on the 2nd -5th May. Fiona was so helpful and collected me from the ferry port as my bags were quite heavy after buying things in Iona and Mull previous days. Although I mostly at at the Skarinish most nights, I had a full breakfast in the morning. Im an early riser and breakfast coffee, tea, juice etc were all ready. Plenty of fresh fruit, strawberries, blue berries and raspberries and yoghurt etc. I had the full Scottish breakfast each morning, it was very impressive. My room and its view was very nice. I slept well each night, it was very good. I ended up booking another night. All in all a nice place to stay with lovely staff, ill defo go back or stay in Scaranish hotel next time. Lovely.
