Roomy Signature Hotel, Islamabad

We stayed at Roomy Signature for my mom’s medical trip and from the very start, the experience was exceptional. We were checked in by Mehboob Alam, someone whose name I won’t forget because of the genuine care he showed us. Understanding that my mother was about to undergo a long medical procedure, he went out of his way to show me three different room options, making sure we were completely comfortable. Every day, he asked about my mom’s recovery, which made us feel truly supported. A special mention to Chef Samuel, who kindly prepared soft, off-menu food for my mom—so thoughtful and appreciated. There was also a tall gentleman from room service whose name I don’t recall, but he too ensured we were looked after with kindness and care. The hotel itself is wonderful. It has one of the best Thai spas for foot massages, a great café to relax in, and a variety of restaurants. The location is secure and very convenient. Overall, I loved my stay at Roomy Signature. It wasn’t just a hotel stay, it felt like we were in safe hands during a difficult time.

Excellent hotel to stay in Islamabad Ambiance is superb Very beautiful, designed combination of culture and modern look Rooms are specious, neat, clean and well decorated Bathrooms are clean and hygienic Service are extraordinary From top to bottom, staff is very friendly, cooperative and ready to serve you round the clock Breakfast is amazing Location is very good Highly recommended for quality lover, visitors and tourists

Iron was very old, .breakfast not up to intranational standard.

excellent hospitality...really nice place...everything is great..city view is cool but above all two people r the real face of Roomi Signature Islamabad n they are Mr Waleed and Ma'am Mahnoor...both aregreat assets for Roomi,s management.....

They have poor return policy. They do not return money if you cancel your booking. This is against good bussiness policy. I recommended do not book on line other wise you will loose your money. They must return money if someone cancel his booking

We have a planned family vacation to travel up North and were advised by our travel agent to book Roomy Signature in Islamabad. This was probably the worst decision we could have made. We had paid for two rooms for people flying in from the US and when they arrived, that too in the middle of the night, were informed that there is only one room and this is despite the fact that confirmation had been given for two rooms and money charged. The error was made at the end of the hotel staff at check in which was later confirmed. Later in the day the rest of the party with kids arrived from various countries. A request was made to put in extra mattresses in the kids room and we were informed that it will be charged and we agreed as that was resonable and we assumed it will be charged to the room. However with only kids in the room the team that came to put in the extra mattress told the kids they will not put them till they were paid in cash! Now I am not sure where any of these things would be considered either good customer services or even good manners! Quite disappointing to say the least and would not recommend this property to anyone who has a choice to opt for better options in the city.
