Since 2008, we continue to serve clients from all major International Agencies like the UNDP, UNICEF,JICA,UNFPA, WFP, WHH, GIZ, OMV, UNHCR including all its Projects staff / Offices , etc while a number of local Banks and companies are also on our guest lists. As an additional security measure we do not entertain walk-in guests. “CARNATIONS”, offers exquisitely furnished 10 spacious luxurious suites, along with a Dining Room and a Living / Common Room, to provide you with a comfortable homely atmosphere. Each suite is equipped with a mini bar, television and is connected to a Wi-Fi internet facility. An in-house completely automatic telephone exchange with Local / International dialing and intercom facilities take care of communications needs. The Residency is centrally heated in winters and air-conditioned for summers. Our Business Centre has been designed to meet your Corporate / Secretarial needs. To ensure uninterrupted power supply at all times the premises has an independent auxiliary power supply backup generator system, besides an Un- interrupted Power Supply System (UPS). Additionally an extensive electronic and physical Security System is also installed to provide our clients a secure and comfortable stay. We are amongst the first ones to be security cleared by the UNDSS .( United Nations Department of Safety and Security ) “CARNATIONS ” has an extensive and well equipped Conference / Committee room designed to hold Business meetings, Seminars, Trainings & Workshops for our corporate clients. Additionally for your corporate functions we have a well equipped Tea and Refreshment Bar. Working Lunches and Hi-Tea arrangements are also optional for such events.
