女人島上最好的位置了，也是島上規模相對大的酒店，前台服務很好，給升級了房型，空間很大正面看海的套房，酒店專屬的沙灘在路對面但也很近，沙質細白，海浪也不大，很適合游泳，體驗很棒！

Great resort overall! Felt very clean and safe. Food options were amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a rocky start the first day we were there but every day after was amazing.

First of all this hotel is very overpriced.
The location of the beach is very confusing. online the picture show this beautiful white sand with turquoise water that you can swim in. This is not the case the Beach staff was very rude due to the fact that we did not have all inclusive wristbands. I will say the room was very clean and beautiful. The room we chose was a suite therefore the bedroom was separate, the cooling system must not have been working in the bedroom because it was very hot. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. Overall, I give this an average.

Privilege is a beautiful resort with amazing staff. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. This is our second time visiting and we would definitely return. The beach area have their own palapas and it feels spread out enough you are not on top of each other like other resorts/beach clubs. You can easily pull your lounge chairs out into the sun too. This area is set back a little so you don’t get vendors bothering you and the ocean is less crowded. The pool areas are pretty big but definitely get crowded in the late afternoon.
We chose all inclusive this time and feel like just the beach service is worth it. Drinks and food are super yummy and so convenient. Masi and Dani works so hard and are the kindest guys. They check on you all day and always make sure you are taken care of. There are restrooms right by your beach area that are kept so clean I don’t even know how they do it. They are for resort guests only so a guy will stand guard and make sure only guests are entering.
We did leave the resort for some dinners since Hidalgo is right down the road and has tons of great restaurants in the area. I highly recommend Grill Garden (side street) for the Parmesan bowl and huge steaks and Capricci for the most amazing pizza!
They have a nice coffee bar in a relaxing little outdoor lounge area with lots of options both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Alejandro is absolutely the best and will make you anything you like! We can’t wait to come back.Thank you PA for a wonderful experience

This is a lovely property. We were on a low floor facing the city so a bit noisy but nothing terrible. They do provide ear plugs. The rooms are a great size and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We had the breakfast only and it was great! The food was really delicious, we like to eat at different place and Isla is so small we wanted to try other restaurants l, but the hotels food was very good, super fresh, flavorful and beautiful presentation.

Overall, loved the experience! Hotel was clean and for the most part staff were attentive. Only issue I had was they never brought me a new hairdryer after I called about the one in the room being broken. I ended up borrowing my friend's for the duration of the stay because I was in a rush to get to a dinner reservation and they never came with a back up. Food was ok, lunch time/snacks were average at best but everything else was much better. I do wish the coffee bar was available longer hours- sometimes we would have to wait for it to be staffed or we were told to come back in 20 minutes, which wasn't ideal. The hotel is in a great spot- walking distance from everything! Beach is beautiful!! They do a good job keeping people off the resort who shouldn't be there- almost too good seeing as I had a friends staying at another hotel and he was in the lobby waiting for us and they tried kicking him out every time lol

Beach time with sunny, or shady, lawn chairs during the morning/afternoon. Only a short, sandy (or friendly/mostly shallow gulf water) walk to Playa Norte (North Beach / sand bar). Most people head to the pool to listen to a band in the late afternoon The staff were like friends by the end of the trip.
The off-site restaurants and shops felt very safe. Rented a golf cart for a day to explore the island - super fun!!
Bring a lot of small dollars and also bring pesos (understand exchage rate) for optional (but not required) tips
We will be back. Probably several trips in our future.
