Casa Toloc is an amazing home located directly on the coast of the Caribbean Sea near the southern point of Isla Mujeres. Casa Toloc is often referred to as "the grass roof house" and offers a truly unique setting. The ocean side of the home will make you feel like you are floating on the ocean and the garden side offers the serenity of a jungle garden. The unobstructed views of the Caribbean from both inside the home and from the pool deck and palapa covered lounge areas will truly take your breath away. Our home has just been completely renovated, and every surface has been replaced with high end finishes. Included are 4 master bedrooms, each with private en suite bathrooms and king beds. The large open concept living space and gourmet kitchen are just steps away from the new pool and covered decks. A wall of stacking glass sliding doors joins the interior with the outdoors, letting the view and sea breezes inside. The pool deck includes chaise lounges for soaking up the sun and two separate palapa covered decks with exterior living and dining areas. Also included are an outdoor shower and half bath for easy access while enjoying the outside areas. The expansive front yard garden is beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxing. The house includes internet access through Starlink and use of the washer/dryer. CONCIERGE SERVICES are included with your stay! Casa Toloc is a professionally managed property. Our Property Manager can help arrange numerous services prior to your stay. • Airport Transportation • Golf cart rentals – arrangements can be made to drop a golf cart at the house. • Tour arrangements – fishing charters, culinary tours, whale shark adventures, etc. • Make ready - Pre-stock the refrigerator or have flowers or champagne upon arrival. • Make reservations at local restaurants • Equipment rentals such as a pack-n-play. • Personal Chef - Enjoy a special meal prepared by a local chef in our beautiful dinning area. • Massage - Enjoy a massage while relaxing in your home away from home!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Adult supervision is necessary..About customRules:Please do not move the furniture. This home was SPECTACULAR!!! There are 4 rooms positioned on all four corners of the homr, allowing for a bit of privacy! When you walk in the front door, prepared to be WOW'D! The view is pure luxury! The beds were confortable, the showers lovely, and that pool overlooking the ocean - perfection! The concierge service was beyond thoughtful and helpful! Chema was attentive, solution-focused, so informative and friendly! His kindness and great communications allowed for us to truly be worry free!

Casa Toloc is absolutely amazing! We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. The 4 bedrooms are all beautiful, plenty of space throughout the home without feeling like you’re on top of each other. Plenty of Towels, blankets, closet space and bathroom toiletries. If you prefer a quieter location this house is perfect, it’s located in the south side of the island, with a golf cart it’s easy to get to the north side. What really made the home perfect is the property mgr Chema, he was so helpful with arranging transportation and recommending restaurants. Chema is great!Our group hopes to return to Casa Toloc soon!

Great house - great stay! Event thing was exactly as described. Beautiful view, quiet, very clean and the pool was great! House layout is perfect for 4, 6, or 8.

Great Place!! Casa Toloc is a great place to stay. Very clean, communication was top notch - Chema made everything very easy. The house itself is beautiful, large bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Outside area has an amazing view, pool is great. Stocked kitchen. The house does have an iron and ironing board. I would highly recommend renting here. Host and property management company are top notch. We will rent here again.

Beautiful & comfortable Lovely and comfortable accommodations in every way. The space is very thoughtfully used not to mention the incredible view. Our family enjoyed the walking path along the ocean daily.

Needed Friends Getaway Home was as described.The views are unbeatable.We had a lovely time. we apparently were there during the worst. Weather Isla has had in quite some time, so the pool was really too cold to use. But our time was still very enjoyable and we will be back.
