Fusaki Beach Resort Hotel & Villas
4.5/5116 Recensioni
Very difficult for foreign tourists (very few) to get information in English, only one person was able to help us properly. We were there during the passage of Typhoon Khanun, we received ZERO information from the hotel. They just provided a TV in the lobby that showed local weather. When booking, we requested a room near the pool. Big disappointment when we arrived since our room was located in the furthest bungalow at the end of the resort. The room was very dated, the bedding from another era and the decor outdated. The bathroom looked like a shower cabin in a caravan ! For the meals, it was always a hassle: the hotel asks to reserve the restaurants in advance. The problem is that it is supposedly full every time ! But if you go to the restaurant without a reservation, half of the tables are free, but not cleared. In the morning at breakfast, you always have to queue for a very long time before getting a table. We have already traveled extensively in many countries, this is the first time that we have seen such a lack of organization in a hotel. The Fusaki Beach Resort really does not have 5 stars, it deserves at most 3 stars. Due to the typhoon, our return flight to Tokyo was canceled twice, so we had to find other accommodation for another 3 nights. We booked at the ANA Intercontinental hotel, which really deserves its 5 stars, and for a lower price than the FUSAKI!!! A good advice, if you are not a Japanese tourist, go your way…
