The staff was excellent, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was great... they even had udon. In the evening we were able to sit downstairs and have coffee and chocolate.

Great location and spacious room with good breakfast!

Clean, nice and staff are friendly. Breakfast good. Just pillow not enough. Maybe should provide 2 pillows instead of one. Very easily access to Iseshi ststion

Location was less than 5 mins from JR platform. Note if you are arriving onto Kintetsu platform, remember to cross the overhead bridge first to JR platform before exiting the station otherwise you’ll need to walk 15 mins to cross the railway crossing in a roundabout direction. Room was 15msq but didn’t feel tiny as we brought a small size luggage. Plenty of food options and familymart nearby. A must eat restaurant for dinner (washoku sato) great variety and very reasonable prices. Outer shrine was 15mins away and inner shrine was a 25mins bus ride. Great weekend getaway!!

Nice distance to JR station, good and friendly receptionlists.

The hotel is conveniently located. But the frontline staff are not friendly.

The hotel got washing machine can let us wash clothes. Around is not much things to shop.

Location is good.

Excellent location as it is very close to Iseshi station. All buses to Ise shrines are available from the bus stand in front of the station. The rooms are very clean. The double room is a bit small if you also have a kid. Better to book the twin room if you are traveling with kids. The breakfast service is not very good as the area is very congested. It is not sufficient for the hotel capacity when the hotel is fully booked. The breakfast items are also not very great. It is just ok.

実はこちらのホテル、最初泊まる予定ではなく…行く直前に予約し忘れに気付き慌てて予約したらこのホテルしか無かったというのが結果論、期待値は全く高く無かったのですが朝食は無料だし、お部屋も広くてキレイ、最初に泊まる予定だったホテルより多分新しくて、広くてキレイだった。きっとこのホテルに神様に導かれたのかも。伊勢市駅から極近いし、３泊して伊勢神宮、瀧原宮、夫婦岩、賢島など周辺観光地へのアクセスも良く大変良い旅が出来ました。帰りの日だけ雨でビニール傘をホテルで購入したら¥320で60cmのしっかりしたジャンプ傘GET出来ました、最後まで良心的でした♪朝食のスムージー最高！

ウェルカムドリンクや、朝食の混雑状況がリアルタイムでわかるシステムなどが良かったです。観光して回るのに最寄の伊勢市駅に荷物を預けようか迷いましたが、こちらはチェックアウト後も無料で預けておけて駅からも近いので、助かりました。

平日の夜に1泊しました。 伊勢市駅からすぐで、下宮からも近くアクセス抜群です。 近くに飲食店も多いので、夜ご飯の場所も困りませんでした。 お部屋はコンパクトな作りで、特に困ることもありませんでした☺️ 無料のレモン水、紅茶、コーヒーサービスもあり。(お菓子も) 朝食も美味しくいただきました。 旅館のようにゆっくりせず、さくっと旅をするには最適のホテルです。 ありがとうございました。

雙人床房的空間稍微小了一點，其他的部分都非常滿意。 唯一美中不足的地方是早餐有點吃不習慣，建議可以不選擇含早餐的房型。

伊勢市駅から近く、周辺に飲食店も多いです。外宮も歩いて10分程度ですし、お土産屋さんも歩いて行けます。 朝食の種類も豊富でした。会場は混雑するのでお弁当にしてお部屋で頂けるところも良かったです。 お部屋も清潔でしたし伊勢参りの際にまた利用したいです 。
