It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! There were bed bugs, roaches, mold, human feces in the shower!!! And no hot water I had to switch my room 3 times and somehow it got worse each time I got a new one… all three rooms blasted you in the face with cigarette smell as soon as you opened the door and the first one even had them in the window. The A/C and heater unit was broken and ripped out of the wall and it was 30 degrees outside! I wanted to heat up something on the stove but it was smashed. I tried to cancel it but was told it’s not refundable, definitely will not be booking through you guys again…
