Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham DFW Airport North

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. There should be a regulatory body that needs to check their customer services. Their customer service is very very poor. The staff do not speak english fluently, but at the same time, they should be able to be ethusiastic, friendly and empathetic. The staff have zero communication manner on the phone and physical contact. They are very rude on the phone. I will advice the management to sack all the staff and employ the ones who are ready to work or they should train them on good communication skills. The hotel provides shuttle van to and from the airport but when I called them from the airport, they told me shuttle will pick me up at the airport in 30mins but 2hrs later I called to remind them that am still waiting at the airport, the staff snapped at me shouted 'it's on the way! it's on the way' before I could asked other questions, he hung up, I called back immediately but he did not pick up again. The hotel smelt of terrible odour that I couldnot breathe. My room has a microwave, cooker and a fridge, no cutleries, no cups, no plates, no kettle for tea, all the cupboad were empty. No wardrobe, no hangers but there is pressing iron and board which I was grateful for. The staff not at the reception in the night, you have to ring bell hundred times and shout out hello, hello before someone would come. Safety is not ensured as the front door was left opened with nobody manning the entry and exiting, anybody can access the facility. I was to checkout at 2:45am to airport for my 5:55am flight, the doors were opened, no staff to talk to, thank God that I have requested for the shuttle in the night and I just came out to be checking for the shuttle myself as the shuttle missed the scheduled time. No staff came out to help when I was worried whether the shittle will come or not. The hotel is sharing 2 small shuttle vans with other 10 hotels nearby which means, it might have filled up before getting to you. I am writing this review so that the management can do something about the running of the hotel. The state of the hotel is very BAD. I wish they turned a new leaf because the hotel is very close to the airport, about 10mins drive and would have been the best location for travellers when catching early morning flights to ease stress. I got the hotel because my night flight was delayed suddenly till the next day early morning

조식이 포함되어 있지 않은데 조식 예약시 포함이라고 되어있었어요. 시설도 너무 열악합니다. 객실에 불안켜지고 욕실에 샤워꼭지 떨어져있고 객실도 더러워서 다시는 가고싶진 않아요.

在機場旁邊有巴士接送，房間內部很大，旅店本身比較老

過來轉機住宿，離機場非常近，比較方便

性價比高，離機場近

不錯 乾淨衞生
