Staff was friendly and helpful

Terrible, habitación inapropiada, personal poco amable, no había agua para beber, no quisieron proveerla, el estacionamiento carísimo, necesitaba un espacio para tomar un zoom y quisieron rentarme el espacio por 280 dólares. Mal Eso sí las camas muy cómodas

Old and run down. Not Hilton quality.

There were hidden charges and parking fee was expensive. Garbage cans were too small. Smelly lobby area (like someone who’s covered with sweats and doesn’t take bath for days!). Overall, we’re not happy with our stay. I wish I knew these before I booked.

Great place to stay. We had an early morning flight and the hotel is right across the street from John Wayne Airport. The shuttle was great and the hotel was very nice.

Overall it was a really stay and very high quality. You can't beat the close proximity to John Wayne Airport and the free shuttle service. The only downside for me was the body lotion dispenser in the bathroom was empty and the neighboring guests doors would slam shut and wake me up.

Asked for two rooms to be cleaned and not one was done

Fine until AM shuttle. Asked where shuttle was told will arrive in 11 min. Can see it parked in lot. I wait right inside w/in eye shot. No bus pulls up. 5” I ask was told next 30”. Too long for details. Staff was smug and doing the eye talking to each other like I’m the Karen. Not professional. Bad feeling. Ruined experience.

Safe clean and convenient

Pool was great. Hung out there most of the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Dave the shuttle driver even drove us to a restaurant nearby for dinner. Thanks again!!
