Hotel in zona Charlotte Tilbury - Nordstrom Irvine, Irvine

La stanza è molto pulita, è conveniente per viaggiare, viaggiare e fare una gita personale. Questo è molto vicino a Casco e molto vicino al fast food americano cinese.

The facility was good and in a good location. But the service or attitudes at the check-in counter can be improved.

친척집 근처 숙소를 알아보다가 찾은 곳이라서 LA 다운타운으로 접근하기에는 거리가 좀 있습니다 디즈니 30분, 유니버셜 1시간 정도이고 출퇴근 시간에는 많이 막힙니다. 하지만 샌디에고도 비슷한 거리라서 골고루 여행할 수 있어 좋았습니다 깨끗하고 조용하고 안전한 동네 분위기이고 숙소의 다양한 편의제공이 아주 만족스럽습니다. 24시간 세탁 무료이용, 수영장, 헬스장, 탁구대 등이 있으며 조식도 깔끔하게 잘 나오고 월~목요일에는 소셜 타임이라고 해서 간단한 저녁과 와인, 맥주도 제공합니다. 엄마 혼자 아이들 데리고 빡빡한 일정으로 여행다니느라 저녁은 거의 이용하지 못했지만 직원들 친절하고 시설 깨끗하여 9박 10일 머무는 동안매우 만족하였습니다!

Honestly I’m so confused about the rating that I should give to this hotel. First I’d like to give a big sour out to Marcus (one of the managers there) he helped us with the confusion that the front desk had regarding our complimentary breakfast. We really appreciate his help. The rooms could use a renovation the key were outdated, the screen o our window was broken. The bathroom was outdated as well the sink and bathtub faucets need to be changed. The staff need lots of training, the housekeeping team had to get their manager to communicate with us as they couldn’t speak English (they only spoke spanish) The front desk lady was talking to us while eating and she had lots of partially chewed food in her mouth while talking to us which wasn’t professional and it didn’t look pleasant at all. The person who worked at the front desk at night was so unfriendly and unprofessional when we called him at 1:30am for very loud noises that were coming from above and lasted for a good two hours till around 3:30am. Even when you go for the hot breakfast buffet, the staff who’s in charge for taking your orders and room numbers was aggressive in the beginning and took our orders while he was seated with his legs crossed, we felt like students standing infront of our teacher,,, although he came to us and told us that he knew he was rude and explained that he did that as people previously complained that they should’ve been told the price of the buffet before they ate as they didn’t want to pay. I think all the staff need to lots of training. Hopefully Adam the new manager does something about it, he listened to our concerns and said that he will look into it.

La posizione è buona per le riunioni nelle vicinanze, ma a pochi chilometri dai negozi e dai ristoranti. La stanza era pulita e moderna. A/C funzionava bene. Il sistema TV era abominabile. Solo una caratteristica davvero irritante è stata l'udizione delle persone che parlano nelle salline (a livelli apparentemente normali ... non urlando).La camera ha certamente bisogno di una migliore protezione del suono.

La sensazione di essere appena arrivato all'hotel è buona, più pulita, e il personale di servizio clienti è molto entusiasta.Ma l'hotel è ancora più vecchio, sento che l'indirizzo della stanza è un po'di gusto.La colazione è anche semplice e deplorevole, basta essenzialmente bere un caffè, mangiare uova e champagne, e alcuni frutti. Questo prezzo è un po'invalutato.

Le strutture sono molto vecchie, le gallerie sono entrate manualmente in acqua e il frigorifero ha fatto un rumore enorme.La stanza non è molto isolata.Andare sulla spiaggia è molto vicina, andare al ristorante e alla strada commerciale non è lontano.La posizione geografica è buona.

Molto buon 👍 A Los Angeles appartiene ad un rapporto di prezzo più alto E vicino al negozio è molto conveniente mangiare e comprare. Il negozio ha un'atmosfera festiva Servizio: il servizio è anche buono, il hall è caldo, il servizio è molto intimo per gestire il soggiorno è molto facile

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per il fine settimana del giorno del presidente. Ci siamo iscritti a circa 8 pm e sono stati accolti da un servizio eccellente da parte del loro specialista di front desk, Alexander. Alexander è stato veloce per ottenere il nostro iscritto e ci ha davvero aiutato a sentirci benvenuti. Posso dire che era uno dei migliori controlli che abbia mai avuto, che poteva fornire tutte le informazioni pertinenti che avevamo bisogno e che ci rivolgeva immediatamente alla nostra stanza. Abbiamo trovato la nostra stanza molto pulita e pronta per una serata rilassante dopo un giorno a piedi. Grazie a Alexander e alla squadra della Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County!
