There was nothing I liked about this property. First they do not abide by their policy. When I got there they said they had no rooms, no AC, no parking. Even after stating in their amenities that they offer parking, AC. It was the worst experience ever with hotel and ******* as well. They both refuse to issue a refund even after they were at fault. I booked for two rooms with parking and AC included in the amenities. The front desk rep said they had no rooms available, then she said we have your rooms, but just so you know there is no AC. It was late and I had my kids, so I told her I would take the rooms. Then she said and I quote "Just so you know we do not have parking for your cars" I asked her what do you mean you offer parking and AC in your listing when I booked, she said " well that is just a way to sell out rooms" shame on her customer service and how the hotel handles situations. I asked her to cancel my reservation, she told me I had to go thru ******* to cancel. I called ******* and they said the hotel refused. They just blamed each other back and forth. I would like to mention I called ******* right away to share my experience and a rep advised me he would cancel the reservation and I would get my refund. All of a sudden the call disconnected. I was tired so I called the next day and another rep answered and my refund was denied. I had to pay hotel twice because they refused to issue a refund after they had already said they would.
