"My one-night stay here was fantastic overall. The location, although not oceanfront, is central to all the sights in the city, and renovations have clearly been done within the property to refresh it for years to come. Service was generally spot-on; a few of the staff speak proficient English, and even though it was confusing at first which branch of the hotel (since both an Ibis and an Ibis Budget are housed together) the staff were going to put me in, I was helped and led to the correct places when required. My room was compact like most Ibises, but it was clean and comfortable, featuring an accessible bathroom for my electric wheelchair (although it wasn’t necessary to have such a large bathroom). What I loved most about my entire stay, honestly, was the free filtered water available 24/7 by the elevators, which I used nonstop. Such a great addition! Thank you, Ibis, for a wonderful eight hours!"

"Le camere sono buone, buone posizioni.In teoria, niente di male con l'hotel, ma manca qualcosa. Ciò che penso sia importante. Un bel bar o ristorante per mangiare qualcosa o semplicemente rilassarsi con un biscottino. Il ristorante attuale si sente come un ristorante negli anni '80 dell'Europa orientale. Quindi non essere cosi' cosi', non dove si desidera essere o mangiare ect. Credo che se avete un posto bello dove si può bere e mangiare qualcosa di piccolo o semplicemente bere un biscotto acido e leggere vicino a un posto incendio, ecc., aumenterà il reddito complessivo e renderà più vivace."

"The Bad: Outdated rooms, no coffee, no kettle but worst of all, no laundry service. I'm here for 10 days for work and have no way to wash clothes. Parking lot is a joke, fortunately I came by taxi. No ramp for wheeled luggage. AC filtration was completely blocked. I cleaned it myself. What is good: WiFi is strong and fast, view is nice."

"With a waterfront location somewhat secluded from central Iquique, stays at this property are quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere inside is dated, but I observed cleanliness throughout the building. The staff at reception and the restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (breakfast available free with certain room rates)) were professional and friendly, perhaps not the American-style outgoing type but still kind and helpful. I was able to pay a reasonable fee to upgrade to a room facing the water, which I was very content about; my king room was clean, spacious, and super quiet. Renovations would be the next step to making the rooms even better, though. I would return to the NH Costa if I’m in Iquique again! And for my very first experience in an NH hotel, my interest in the brand is piqued!"

"This is the 3rd time I stay and maybe the last, A year ago the check-in was hopeless. This year I get an email to do it online,great! Upps it wasn’t available when I wanted it, This year rooms: 1) A/C didn’t work 2) was changed to odd number room, noise from garage very loud 3) a)Changed to a higher room (no even number rooms available)supposedly less loud but was the same . b)Ok tired give up and stay there. c) Take a shower, shower floods…. 4) Get an even number room gives to the road and quiet, finally! ( everything ok now!. Asked to speak with the manager, not available at night ( on duty manager….?) At check out ask to speak to the manager. “She’s at a meeting “ Previously hinted at front desk service is not what I payed for…. I use Ibis frequently for overnight stays but won’t go back to this one."

"Abbiamo pernottato solo per una notte, essendo di passaggio verso un'altra destinazione. L'hotel è un po' lontano dal centro della città, ma ha una vista molto bella fronte oceano. Parcheggio interno custodito. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ristorante dell'hotel assolutamente consigliato con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale molto disponibile. Breakfast box spaziale: 2 sandwich, 1 mela, 1 succo di frutta, in box di dolcini vari (croissant, muffin, dolce alle mandorle, etc.)."
