Disappointed, no hot water, noisy guests. After no hot water was promised a free stay email, which I've never recieved. It's location is great, next to the marina and 10 mins walk from town centre....

Loveliest staff!! Been served by Chris for both nights and he’s been an absolute joy as have the rest of the staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, couldn’t fault the place definitely would come again if I found myself in Ipswich!!!

My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was a great base for my work and had lots of food options and a convenience shop next door. The hotel looks great with the refurbishment it has had and the bar is a more comfortable place to sit and work.

Me and my kids were placed here temporarily for nearly 4 weeks after a house fire. The team, including sara, jonny, Chris and others, were fantastic in providing customer service and support and helped with any issue that arose (not that there was many in all fairness). Some days were quite lonely and even just having someone to have a quick chat with during meal times really helped mentally, so thankyou to them for that! Our stay was safe and comfortable and I’m grateful to have come across lovely staff during our stay. Even the housekeeping staff were kind, polite and ready to help when we needed sheets changing and new towels. Thanks to the team!

Centrally located, great value, and ask for a room at the back by the car park for a quiet nights sleep. Very clean, comfy pillows plus a warm room. Travelodge is hard to beat as it ticks all the boxes. It is best to book in advance, but Sundays are really good value.

I felt very welcomed and enjoyed my stay. This hotel is good for a weekend away. The surroundings of the hotel are a bit nosy

I had a really nice experience whilst I stayed here, me and my family were here for a few days and the experience was great, Neve was especially kind and helpful towards us as she got us extra pillows and things for the room, we will definitely stay again. Thanks travelodge!

We got some great service from a staff member there i believe her name was Neve who made sure our visit was overall a satisfying experience which was good to see. She was very polite and accommodating to us on our entire visit there. Made it good.
