During my recent stay at M Roof Hotel, I was left thoroughly impressed not only by its exceptional location and cosy rooms but also by the incredible level of service that went far beyond expectations. Nestled conveniently close to the main tourist attractions, the hotel makes it easy for travelers to explore the city's sights, whether you're strolling to local museums or catching a nearby cultural performance. Its accessibility is truly a standout feature for any visitor wanting to experience the best of the area. The rooms themselves are a welcoming retreat, designed with a sense of warmth and comfort that made every night’s rest a rejuvenating experience. The attention to detail in the room’s amenities ensured that I felt completely at home, while the quiet atmosphere provided an ideal escape after a day of exploration. However, it was the level of care and attentiveness displayed by the hotel staff that truly stood out. On one particular evening, when my daughter was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did they send their limousine driver to ferry my daughter to and from the hospital, but they also arranged for a thoughtful delivery of porridge and a fruit platter for her recovery, which was sent by the hotel for the following two days. This compassionate gesture was a reflection of the personal touch that M Roof Hotel prides itself on. The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. Their ability to blend luxury with heartfelt service is what sets M Roof Hotel apart. In conclusion, M Roof Hotel provides a seamless combination of convenience, comfort, and unparalleled service. Spazio spazioso per la stessa categoria di hotel. Le camere sono anche complete. Sono anche state fornite cibo locale di snack n 2 bevande carbonate. L'hotel non ha fornito una bottiglia di acqua potabile, ma in ogni piano sono state messe 2 unità di distributore d'acqua e il gusto dell'acqua filtrata è buono. Solo una cosa cattiva, la prova del suono della finestra della stanza era scarsa.

Spero che la gestione dell'Hotel Seri Malaysia migliorerà le strutture della stanza.. il bagno non era abbastanza pulito.. pulire correttamente il muro e la vasca igienica. Dopo aver lasciato una denuncia, poi sono venuti a cambiare, ma non ha funzionato anche.. il personale è stato molto utile e ha sollevato il mini frigo ad un altro punto di aggancio. La cosa peggiore era che ci erano molti uccelli poop vicino alla piscina.. pls fanno qualcosa..

We stayed 2 days here.. location and service is good but the cleanliness is poor..the floor is dirty with hair and dust everywhere..we have to buy our own sweep to clean the floor in the room and hall..only 1 access card provided.. parking turn is very narrow make us feel very hard to park at the multistorey car park and we choose to park outside much more easier.. anyway thanks for the service provided.

The apartment is new, clean, nicely renovated with full facilities. It is centrally located and juz minutes on foot to Ipoh Parade. There is no physical service desk but the agent is fast to respond. Had an enjoyable stay there.

This is the place where i felt safe when i go to Ipoh. As usually the front office always excellent, no deposit because i already settle the payment before, but have to pay 2 night tourism tax cost rm6. As enter the spacious room with king size bed, the linen was comfy and clean. Also got bath tub and rain shower. But i realise the ventilation fan not working. Lotion, syampoo and shower gel attached to the wall. No tooth brush. 2 free water bottle per day. Got iron and iron board, the wardrobe was big. Got hair dryer and refrigerator. I also order the room service which it cost me rm17 nett. Beef lasagna with salad, desert and free drink. Not bad. Will come again to this hotel if i come to Ipoh.😁

A perfect getaway from my daily mundane life that feels like home. From check in to check out it is perfect. The place is clean, filled with everything. We can cook, wash our clothes and even play a console game using the provided joystick. Unlimited toilet tissue, detergent powder, a full-size shower and shampoo bottle, utensils and etc. Definitely will come back to this place again!!

One of the top hotels in Ipoh. Quite a big hotel, with 13 floors (including a bar and infinity pool at the rooftop). The twin room is a comfortable size for 2. All amenities provided, including complimentary snacks and 2 canned drinks in the mini bar. They've also installed a filter tap beside the basin in the bathroom that provided free flow drinking water. There's also a hot water dispenser provided at the lobby. The rooftop pool is a fair size and you get a lovely sunset view too. It's also accessed controlled by room card, ensuring exclusivity for in-house guests. There's also a gym but I didn't check it out. I love the creative Christmas tree in the lobby that had little towel animals, a running train and hand written greetings. The hotel is also connected to Ipoh Parade mall, providing great convenience. The hotel stay came with complimentary breakfast buffet from 6.30am to 10.30am and supper from 11pm to 2am! Breakfast is common but Supper is pretty innovative. Though the spread is limited to 1 savoury and 1 sweet item, the idea itself was a feel-good worthy thought. The breakfast spread is rather standard but quality is so so, I did enjoy the Nasi Lemak station and Chee Cheong Fun.

Recentemente sono rimasto in un nuovo hotel nel cuore di Ipoh, perfetto per le vacanze di famiglia e per le visite di business. Il colazione era eccellente e la piscina era un trattamento rilassante. Anche se non ho provato la piscina o lo sportello, sembravano grandi. La camera spaziale ha un letto confortevole, di alta qualità, tutte le strutture e un bagno generosamente grande. Il servizio è stato eccellente, dal amichevole ufficio frontale al personale attento del ristorante, con la custodia di casa mantenendo tutto senza spot. Molto consiglia per un soggiorno comodo!
