During my recent stay at M Roof Hotel, I was left thoroughly impressed not only by its exceptional location and cosy rooms but also by the incredible level of service that went far beyond expectations. Nestled conveniently close to the main tourist attractions, the hotel makes it easy for travelers to explore the city's sights, whether you're strolling to local museums or catching a nearby cultural performance. Its accessibility is truly a standout feature for any visitor wanting to experience the best of the area. The rooms themselves are a welcoming retreat, designed with a sense of warmth and comfort that made every night’s rest a rejuvenating experience. The attention to detail in the room’s amenities ensured that I felt completely at home, while the quiet atmosphere provided an ideal escape after a day of exploration. However, it was the level of care and attentiveness displayed by the hotel staff that truly stood out. On one particular evening, when my daughter was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did they send their limousine driver to ferry my daughter to and from the hospital, but they also arranged for a thoughtful delivery of porridge and a fruit platter for her recovery, which was sent by the hotel for the following two days. This compassionate gesture was a reflection of the personal touch that M Roof Hotel prides itself on. The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. Their ability to blend luxury with heartfelt service is what sets M Roof Hotel apart. In conclusion, M Roof Hotel provides a seamless combination of convenience, comfort, and unparalleled service. Bella posizione per andare in giro. Non si lamenta della pulizia, e il personale era amichevole. Nota se il check-out precoce, non si imballano colazione per il vostro come un hotel. Altrimenti tutto il resto era una buona esperienza. Resterò lì per la mia prossima visita a Ipoh.

i spend one night here to chill around ipoh and i must say that this hotel suits me well with the old school style of a hotel. the location of this hotel is very near to ipoh city centre, and also lots of shop outside. as for my room, although it is not that huge of a space, but it still feels comfortable to sleep. got tv to watch and fridge to store my drinks. the bathroom fits with hot shower and it is quite nice. the staff here is very very friendly and the check in process is really fast. overall, i had a very good experience here and would definitely stay again if i wanted to chill around in ipoh.

La stanza era molto pulita e il servizio era eccellente. Le strutture erano grandi e ha una vista d'occhio di uccelli sulla città che era fantastica.

Poor: 1. No stove to cook 2. No washer/dryer 3. Deposit too high (RM 300) but will take more than 1 week to return.  4. Very little drinking water  5. Storage areas (kitchenware smelly)  6. Limited access cars to only 1. So, it’s either whole family must go out or all stay inside. Trouble to go out and go to pool area at the same time.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The location was incredibly convenient, and easy access to call Grab service.The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities. We'll definitely be back again in the future. Thank you as my family has a for a great stay in this apartment!

Check-in / out process instruction’s were clearly communicated and actual check-in / out was easy. The unit was very tidy and clean. There is a gaming system in the unit with hundreds of games which was fun to play with. There is also free Netflix. The Wi-Fi is good, beds are comfy, and ACs work well in every room. The location is great - a short 5-10 minute drive or grab ride to all Ipoh attractions. We were able to get a grab with 3-5 minutes of booking every time. Really recommend this space.

The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail make every stay exceptional. The spa treatments are divine, and the food is a delightful. With its peaceful atmosphere and personalized service, this hotel is a must-visit for anyone seeking relaxation and Balinese charm. Highly recommended!
