Hotel in zona Kompleks Sukan Dewan Bandaraya Ipoh, Ipoh

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is great, and the hotel provides four EV charging bays, which is a fantastic convenience for electric vehicle users. This feature alone is a big plus. However, I found the room situation less satisfying. I booked a Deluxe King Plus room, but it seemed no different in size or amenities from the regular Deluxe King room, which was a bit disappointing. The room had a noticeable odor, and unfortunately, the bedding and towels were not up to standard. The bedsheets looked worn and yellowed, and the towels were also discolored, appearing dark and yellow. This made the overall room feel less clean and comfortable than expected. If the hotel can address the upkeep of its linens and improve the overall cleanliness, it could be a much more enjoyable stay, especially with the EV amenities in place.

Solo una cosa cattiva, la prova del suono della finestra della stanza era scarsa.

Our three-night stay exceeded expectations. We were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience, and particularly by the exceptional service provided by receptionist Kai Jun. His professionalism and composure when handling a challenging guest were commendable. Upon arrival, our room was not yet ready, requiring a 20-minute wait. Kai Jun kept us consistently updated on the room's status, ensuring a smooth and comfortable wait in the lobby. While the hotel is relatively new and exhibited a slight paint odor, the use of fragrance minimized its impact. The culinary offerings were a highlight, with both the food and mocktails proving to be exceptionally delicious, complementing Ipoh's renowned food scene. The swimming pool was notably clean, and our spacious city-view room provided a stunning panorama. We highly recommend requesting this view. The staff's attentiveness was evident throughout our stay. They consistently greeted us warmly, adding a delightful touch to our daily experience. Room service was prompt and courteous, although we found it more efficient to request additional amenities, such as pillows and blankets, directly from the staff on our floor rather than via the often-busy phone line. One area for improvement is the parking gantry, which experienced occasional glitches, causing delays for several vehicles. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One of the top hotels in Ipoh. Quite a big hotel, with 13 floors (including a bar and infinity pool at the rooftop). The twin room is a comfortable size for 2. All amenities provided, including complimentary snacks and 2 canned drinks in the mini bar. They've also installed a filter tap beside the basin in the bathroom that provided free flow drinking water. There's also a hot water dispenser provided at the lobby. The rooftop pool is a fair size and you get a lovely sunset view too. It's also accessed controlled by room card, ensuring exclusivity for in-house guests. There's also a gym but I didn't check it out. I love the creative Christmas tree in the lobby that had little towel animals, a running train and hand written greetings. The hotel is also connected to Ipoh Parade mall, providing great convenience. The hotel stay came with complimentary breakfast buffet from 6.30am to 10.30am and supper from 11pm to 2am! Breakfast is common but Supper is pretty innovative. Though the spread is limited to 1 savoury and 1 sweet item, the idea itself was a feel-good worthy thought. The breakfast spread is rather standard but quality is so so, I did enjoy the Nasi Lemak station and Chee Cheong Fun.

This is the place where i felt safe when i go to Ipoh. As usually the front office always excellent, no deposit because i already settle the payment before, but have to pay 2 night tourism tax cost rm6. As enter the spacious room with king size bed, the linen was comfy and clean. Also got bath tub and rain shower. But i realise the ventilation fan not working. Lotion, syampoo and shower gel attached to the wall. No tooth brush. 2 free water bottle per day. Got iron and iron board, the wardrobe was big. Got hair dryer and refrigerator. I also order the room service which it cost me rm17 nett. Beef lasagna with salad, desert and free drink. Not bad. Will come again to this hotel if i come to Ipoh.😁

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and local attractions. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, and a work desk. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the food was delicious. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered a great view of the city. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Ipoh. For the price, this hotel offers exceptional value. Tutto andava bene, tranne il parcheggio. Il parcheggio sotterraneo è troppo piccolo. Vorrei dare un suggerimento all'hotel: le famiglie con bambini o anziani solitamente hanno bisogno di una piccola luce durante il sonno, comoda per loro quando devono andare in bagno. Spero che l'hotel possa prenderne atto. Resta comunque un buon albergo. Torneremo se visiteremo nuovamente Ipoh. La prenotazione tramite Trip.com è stata vantaggiosa. È più economico, più conveniente e facile da usare. Nel complesso, sono comunque soddisfatto della prenotazione.

Tutto sull'hotel è stato molto buono, tra cui la receptionista, la stanza, la pulizia, la posizione e il prezzo ragionevole. Ripeterò se vengo a Ipoh la prossima volta 🫶🏻👍🏻.

The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right. One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much! Another highlight is the nearby amenities. Within walking distance, we found a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and even a bar and bistro, offering a variety of dining choices to suit different tastes. Overall, my family and I were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. For the value it offers, Symphony Suites Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice on our next visit to Ipoh. Highly recommended!

L'appartamento è molto bello. Avendo quattro camere da letto con otto persone abbiamo soggiornato per due notti. Le camere erano spaziose.. Anche se corpo e shampoo per capelli erano grandi bottiglie che erano lasciati sul pavimento. Sarebbe bello se avessero un caveau installato. Non c'è una cortina di doccia, quindi l'intera camera è completamente bagnata tutto il tempo e si può scorrere. Tuttavia, tutti noi piace l'appartamento e non esitate a rimanere di nuovo lì.
