M Boutique Hotel

I had the best time in this hotel. Even my son was happy with the room and the birthday decorations. The room was clean and most importantly the bathroom. It is not lesser than 5 star hotel!! I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here in the future!!

Love the design of the hotel and that is why we decide to try the suite. After entering on 12 day of CNY. The nightmare begin. The design forgo the safety of the client. The bed has a 3cm metal level up just before the bed. Is like is ready for to hit your toe nails n fall on bed for u to scream in pain n lie down for 5 minutes. My nail almost came out and when I go to reception. They tell me I m the first person to suffer this unfortunate. Along the sofa. The chandelier is at forehead level. My wife hit the head twice. So for this CNY. We can say we were given from head to toe. This message is in the hope the next person who check into the suite no need to suffer what we did.

Very satisfied with the service. I write a notes to stay because of my son birthday and the hotel make effort to deco the room with a surprise birthday plus a cake. My son very happy and im a happy mom to see this. Room very comfortable. Hotel provided towels, hair dryer, toiletries and drinks.

We stay at room 101, 1.The sliding door is broken and the management never repair ,it hardly to pull coz of the roller and the railing not align 2. The bidet is broken 3. The bathroom plumbing and drainage is poor …we bath in flood …is very disgusting

M Boutique Hotel is a charming and unique boutique hotel that left a lasting impression on us during our second stay. The location is fantastic, with one of Ipoh's most famous curry noodle spots just next door. The room was comfortable and well-designed, making for a pleasant stay. On the night of our arrival, we encountered an issue with the hot water, but after contacting the front desk, the problem was resolved promptly and efficiently. Overall, a delightful experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ipoh!

Great hotel. Very stylish with excellent customer service. The food in the restaurants was great too! The only thing they need to fix - the gym. No towels in the gym and the running machines switched off after 20 minutes. Otherwise, a great hotel!
