My name is Mrs Kohila Hariharan, we checked on 30/11/24 for 1 night.. Myself and my husband stay in the deluxe king suite.. Outside was very quite. The room was super clean and neat. They allocate a place on the floor for us to keep the shoes due to raining season. The room was very clean,big suitable for couples. Here I placed a room picture which attached 1 big cupboard. They provide us iron board,locker,LCD was 2 Sofa, electric kettle and mini fridge. Our breakfast also provided at ground floor cafe,a good meal to enjoy..We had enjoyed the stay at Symphony Suite Hotel. The staff very friendly, and helpful Will repeat again to this hotel Really satisfied 💐 Good job to the team

It was my second time staying at Merton. The place is reasonable for the price we paid. Free parking just right in front of the hotel. Basic and no frills, room is reasonably clean.

Check in was a breeze and receptionist were very helpful to inform the housekeeping my to prepare extra towels and blanket when they see us travelling with toddlers. This hotel offer very comfy baby cot, and spacious room. My every time to ipoh I’ll stay in travelodge.

Its accessibility is truly a standout feature for any visitor wanting to experience the best of the area. The rooms themselves are a welcoming retreat, designed with a sense of warmth and comfort that made every night’s rest a rejuvenating experience. The attention to detail in the room’s amenities ensured that I felt completely at home, while the quiet atmosphere provided an ideal escape after a day of exploration. However, it was the level of care and attentiveness displayed by the hotel staff that truly stood out. On one particular evening, when my daughter was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did they send their limousine driver to ferry my daughter to and from the hospital, but they also arranged for a thoughtful delivery of porridge and a fruit platter for her recovery, which was sent by the hotel for the following two days. This compassionate gesture was a reflection of the personal touch that M Roof Hotel prides itself on. The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. Their ability to blend luxury with heartfelt service is what sets M Roof Hotel apart. In conclusion, M Roof Hotel provides a seamless combination of convenience, comfort, and unparalleled service. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a place to stay where both the quality of the room and the warmth of the staff exceed expectations. Simply put, a stay here is an experience in hospitality at its finest.

One of the top hotels in Ipoh. Quite a big hotel, with 13 floors (including a bar and infinity pool at the rooftop). The twin room is a comfortable size for 2. All amenities provided, including complimentary snacks and 2 canned drinks in the mini bar. They've also installed a filter tap beside the basin in the bathroom that provided free flow drinking water. There's also a hot water dispenser provided at the lobby. The rooftop pool is a fair size and you get a lovely sunset view too. It's also accessed controlled by room card, ensuring exclusivity for in-house guests. There's also a gym but I didn't check it out. I love the creative Christmas tree in the lobby that had little towel animals, a running train and hand written greetings. The hotel is also connected to Ipoh Parade mall, providing great convenience. The hotel stay came with complimentary breakfast buffet from 6.30am to 10.30am and supper from 11pm to 2am! Breakfast is common but Supper is pretty innovative. Though the spread is limited to 1 savoury and 1 sweet item, the idea itself was a feel-good worthy thought. The breakfast spread is rather standard but quality is so so, I did enjoy the Nasi Lemak station and Chee Cheong Fun.

The property is located at good spot close to CBD/TRX area. However, the building is not fully up and running as there are still constructions going on next to the building. The outer wall of all units at the same floor are not fully painted. The unit has room for improvement to make the guests ”feel-at-home”. I have no doubt the property will become a hit one the surroundings are fully developed and hardware being upgraded.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip and had a mixed experience. The room was well-kept, but it wasn’t particularly spacious, which might not be ideal if you need more room to spread out. The lighting in the room was quite dim, which suited me fine, but if you prefer a brighter ambiance, you might find it insufficient. Parking is a bit of a challenge here; the hotel offers limited spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis. If those spots are taken, you’ll need to park at the nearby municipal parking lot, which could be inconvenient depending on your schedule. On the positive side, breakfast was a highlight for me. As someone who enjoys salads, I appreciated the fresh and healthy options they provided to start the day. Overall, while there are some limitations, this hotel can be a decent choice depending on your priorities.

I recently stayed at Regalodge Hotel in Ipoh during my trip back home from a week-long vacation in Penang. We decided to stop in Ipoh to rest and explore the city since I had never taken my kids there before. After a bit of searching, I came across Regalodge, which offered a very reasonable price for a room with a bathtub. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ipoh, close to many popular points of interest like Concubine Lane and more. The room was comfortable, and it included breakfast, which was surprisingly good. We also decided to try food from their restaurant, The Limestone, and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, and the prices were unbeatable—where else can you get a tasty nasi goreng for under RM10? One of the standout features of the hotel is the free parking with a security guard present, ensuring peace of mind. They also have a charging station for electric vehicles, which is a great bonus. While the hotel isn't exactly luxurious, given the affordable price, it definitely exceeded expectations. What impressed me most, though, was the room itself. I've stayed at numerous hotels, but this was the first time I encountered a treadmill in the room! It was a nice touch for those who want to stay active while traveling. Overall, Regalodge provided great value for money, and I would definitely return if I need a place to stay in Ipoh again. Highly recommended!

1st time to Ipoh and happy that I chose this hotel. It is very convenient to mall, eatery n places of interest. The check in was very smooth and fast.  Am delighted that I was able to checked into my room at around 9am instead of 3pm . Room is clean and spacious with nice view too. The only thing are the toilet door and the main door is too old very hard to close 😅 other than that everything is good😁The b’fast spread is very simple nothing to be picky abt , just nice to fill up your tummy.  Thank you for your hospitality and will sure to recommend to friends.
