Aveva soggiornato in questo hotel poche volte e in generale è ok nella mia esperienza. Tuttavia, un po 'di sorpresa vedere la foglia di letto ha qualche tintura sporca su di esso questa volta soggiornando. Spero che l'hotel mgmt possa prendere più seriamente sull'igiene e la pulizia.

SSKWe booked 2 rooms. Initially were very happy being given connected rooms. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms were disappointing. In our king bed bathroom, the bidet spray was leaking, basin drainage was slow, water seeps from the glass shower whenever we took showers. For the double single beds bathroom, the stopper for the bathtub was loose & water just couldn’t fill up. The bathroom blind was spoilt & cannot open. We feedback to the staff & request items to be fixed while we were out during the day, but nothing was done. As for the breakfast buffet, generally most of the food were very salty & inconsistent standard for the same type of food each day. Worst experience of all, we were charged the tourism taxes again upon checkout when we already prepaid all charges online!

WWhyelseOverall it's one of the best hotel in Ipoh with a very reasonable price. Despite location not as good as though in the town center, u may use Grab to everywhere easily with reasonable price.
Room is spacious with turf club view.
One of the famous Ipoh style cafe just within walking distance.
I will definitely stay here again if the price continue being competitive.

AAntonysocStayed one night at this very nice hotel. Easy check-in, good view from 15th floor of Ipoh, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, WiFi included and the air-con worked well.
We had a big buffet breakfast the next morning- lots of choice so couldn’t try everything. Pool looked inviting but was closed, the gym had several machines but the room was hot so we went walking instead.

However, it was the level of care and attentiveness displayed by the hotel staff that truly stood out. On one particular evening, when my daughter was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did they send their limousine driver to ferry my daughter to and from the hospital, but they also arranged for a thoughtful delivery of porridge and a fruit platter for her recovery, which was sent by the hotel for the following two days.
This compassionate gesture was a reflection of the personal touch that M Roof Hotel prides itself on. The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. Their ability to blend luxury with heartfelt service is what sets M Roof Hotel apart.
In conclusion, M Roof Hotel provides a seamless combination of convenience, comfort, and unparalleled service. KKL visitor 2025This hotel is considered quite good with this price and the location is quite near to the town. Moreover, they are providing breakfast, even though they don't refill the milk and the choice of food is not that much. But with the price given, I think it is reasonable. Oh.. one more weak point of this hotel is that the surrounding areas are quite dark and silent, and there is no convenience shop within walking distance.

Ho fatto un check-in durante il mio compleanno. Dopo aver andato in camera mia, sorprendentemente il loro personale è venuto a portare torta di compleanno mentre cantava una canzone di compleanno felice. Sono davvero toccato e felice. Grazie tante per la vostra sorpresa e gentilezza. Molto apprezzato!

DDixon ThumHo prenotato questo hotel ad un prezzo molto ragionevole, considerando la sua posizione, i servizi e il comfort. È strategicamente situato vicino ad alcuni famosi luoghi di Makan (a circa 5 minuti di auto) come Tong Shui Street, la città principale dove vendono il famoso riso al pollo, negozi di souvenir e pasar malam. La camera era pulita e ordinata, dotata di vasca da bagno! Ho fatto un bagno confortante dopo una giornata intensa a Ipoh. Il parcheggio nel seminterrato era gratuito. Lo consiglierei ad amici e a chiunque desideri un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente quando si viaggia.

But it’s cozy. There’s a nice French restaurant downstairs. It not very high end but it works for a few nights stay. Love that it was near task cermin.

UUtente ospitethis is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.
