Perfect

One of the best hotels in Greece. The service we had was fantastic, from the friendly reception to the breakfast staff. Minor complaints: The parking garage is around the corner from the hotel, but it's easy to access. Our balcony door did not seal fully, so you can hear the traffic a bit.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. I was waiting it to be good and in fact it exceeded my expectations! Room size, service, Wi-Fi, location, staff, breakfast were all perfect! The prices were reasonable too. I would happily opt for it, when I visit the city again.

It’s the worst hotel I had stayed with my 10 years of traveling. The shower has lots of mold worse of all it didn’t work, so we couldn’t take shower. when we called front desk nobody answered the call, we had to go downstairs to tell them. The receptionist came to check and told us there was nobody available to fix at that time. We paid $245 for the night and we requested 50% refund which is current price they are posting on the day we stayed. But they totally ignored us and did’t do anything.

A very good hotel, lovely people, very kind and nice staff, everyone was smiling and very helpful. I really recommend this place. Location was best of, the breakfast was very good, the view from the balcony was amazing . You can not ask for a better place than this hotel. Super experience!

The hotel is stylish, in a great location as it’s easy to walk to restaurants, sites, etc. We stayed 2 nights and on arrival were upgraded from a standard city view to a superior city view which was very much appreciated. The superior room is spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable with good pillows and very good bedding (nice cotton sheets). Black out drapes also provide a very good sleep and were excellent. You do hear some street noise depending on the night and how much activity is outside though. The room safe is huge and fits a laptop easily. We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar overlooking Ioannia’s rooftops which is a great space. Wi fi signal was excellent in the room and the air conditioning unit worked very well. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is very good, and because of Covid it was a buffet with staff serving the guests. All staff are helpful and very friendly. The only shortcoming is parking and the difficulty of unloading and reloading the car with luggage. The problem is not paying €8.00 per day or even the block that it is away from the hotel. The problem is checking in and checking out. I’m not sure how the hotel can remedy this problem. We loved everything about the hotel, but unfortunately because of the parking/arrival/departure difficulties, we probably wouldn’t stay at the hotel again. Unfortunate because it’s an awesome hotel!! Therefore I am giving it a 5 circle rating based on the hotel itself.

Διαμονή στο πλαίσιο σχολικής εκδρομής με παιδιά δημοτικού. Στα θετικά η άψογη, επαγγελματική και άμεση επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα (τόσο τηλεφωνικά όσο και μέσω email) , και η τιμή σε σχέση με τις προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες. Τα δωμάτια ειναι ολα ανακαινισμένα και ακόμη καλυτερα από ότι δείχνουν στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι στα συν του ξενοδοχείου, καθώς έχεις όλα τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα στα 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια, ενώ το κέντρο είναι στα 5 λεπτά. Επίσης, να μην παραλείψω το υπέροχο roof garden του ξενοδοχειου που παρέχει υπέροχη θέα στη πολη και την ευκαιρία να χαλαρώσεις μετά απο μία ημέρα στην πόλη στο μπαρ. Συνολικά, ένα απο τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία στη πόλη των Ιωαννίνων. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά και ατομικά!

Επιτελους ενα pet friendly ξενοδοχειο, με καθαρα και καλογουστα δωματια στο πιο κεντρικο σημειο της πολης, πλουσιο και πεντανοστιμο πρωινο με μια απο τις καλυτερες ποικιλιες καφε και ευγενεστατο προσωπικο.... ηταν ολα υπεροχα.. θα σας ξαναεπισκεφτουμε σιγουρα
