Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at The Lake Hotel. Given your esteemed five-star reputation, I had high expectations for a seamless and luxurious experience. Unfortunately, upon arriving in my room, it became evident that basic checks had not been carried out before my entry. To my dismay, I found that the toilet was broken, the shower head was leaking, and bathrobes were missing from the room. These issues not only caused inconvenience but also failed to reflect the high standards expected of a five-star establishment. Even more concerning was the complete lack of acknowledgment or apology from your staff regarding these shortcomings. A hotel of your caliber should prioritize guest comfort and ensure that rooms are thoroughly checked before occupancy. The absence of an apology or an attempt to rectify the situation left me feeling neglected as a guest. I believe that, at the very least, a formal apology is warranted, along with an assurance that such lapses will not occur for future guests. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement necessary measures to improve room inspections and customer service responses. I look forward to your prompt response addressing my concerns.
