It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge. About the property:There is lots of room to stretch out both inside and outside. Relax in the spacious living room or kick back on the sectional in the family room with a bowl of popcorn to watch movies, play games or just hang out. Soak in the bright Florida sunshine by your private swimming pool, or lounge in the screened-in patio that overlooks the pool. It's a great place to enjoy a drink or curl up with a book. We provide pool floats, chaise lounge chairs, beach towels, and toys for the kids.If you want the pool heated for your stay, just let us know. Pool heating is available for an additional charge. *Please note: out of respect for our neighbors, we ask all guests to enjoy themselves inside after 11 pm. All bedrooms come with quality mattresses, cotton linens, spacious closets, and room darkening window shades for a comfortable night's sleep. The king bedroom has a TV.There are two bathrooms both with their original colorful 1959 vintage tile. The primary bathroom has a shower, and the shared bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Working remotely? No problem. The property has high speed Wifi, and desk and office chair available. The back yard is the great place to toss a ball or play games like corn hole or frisbee. If you're bringing a pet, relax knowing the backyard is completely fenced in.There is also a washer and dryer available for guests to use.For boating, you can rent one locally or bring your own. Boat access to the Gulf is only five minutes away and there's plenty of parking in the driveway for your boat, trailer or RV. We provide guests with a detailed list of our favorite activities and restaurants in the area. And for guests bringing pets, we provide a list of dog-friendly places, too.
