Only 3 miles to downtown Rockland and all the summer festivals. Less than a mile from downtown Thomaston. Both Portland and Bangor are about 1.5 hours away and Acadia National Park is about 2 hours away. Local amenities Include beaches, scenic hiking trails, light houses, lakes, golf, skiing, art galleries, and lobsters.The spaceGuests have access to the entire property including the outside space both front and a small back yard. The house has great natural lighting with a large picture window overlooking the backyard and wooded area. There is one step to get into the house. All main areas, kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom, and both bedrooms, are on the same level.The living room a 58-inch 4k smart tv with Roku. It has new reclining sofa and love seat.The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a 43-inch 4k smart tv with Roku. It also has and small work area. Behind the house is a two-unit apartment. So, there is no access to the back lawn. The house has great natural lighting. There is one step to get into the house. All main areas, kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom, and both bedrooms, are on the same level. To access the office there is another step down. The living room has a large picture window the overlooks the front lawn. It has a 55-inch 4k smart tv with Roku. It is also where the sofa bed is located. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 43-inch 4k smart tv with Roku. The second bedroom has a queen bed.
