This beautiful, modern, and family-friendly home is located right in the heart of Sisters being just a two minute walk from all the shops, restaurants, and events that downtown has to offer. Not only will you love this home, but your furry friend and children will be pleased with the spacious fenced-in front yard and large park right across the street. We take pride in the cleanliness, spaciousness, and extra amenities that are offered to ensure the perfect Sisters, Oregon get-away. This cozy 3 bed/2 bath pet-friendly home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. There is 1 California King-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen size beds (1 in each of the guest bedrooms), and an additional full size bed in one of the guest bedrooms. There is a large sectional couch for leisure in the living room, plus a dining area and large kitchen for preparing meals. Also the high speed internet and large smart TV are perfect for streaming your favorites shows and movies. There is also a separate ADU on the property that is listed separately on Vrbo. The ADU sleeps an additional 4 people (1 California King Size bed and 1 pull out sofa bed). The unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living room. If you would like to book out both the main house and ADU (GREAT FOR LARGER GROUPS as then this can accommodate up to 12 PEOPLE) you can book the ADU through my other listing. The 4th Sister Lodge condominiums are surrounded by Creekside park where Whychus Creek runs year round. The complex features a pool, one of only two within walking distance of downtown. It is an easy walk to Sisters and the beautiful Five Pine Complex which includes Three Creeks Brewing, Shibui Spa, Sisters Movie House, and Islas Rio. The Peterson Ridge Trail system is also only a short walk or bike ride away.The unit is upstairs in building #6, overlooking the pool, club house and common area via a furnished deck. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and second full bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and queen size inflatable mattress in guest room.The Club House has a pool table, ping pong table, co-ed sauna and wood stove for your enjoyment. The swimming pool is open during the summer months, with the hot tub open year round.The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender. Linens and towels are provided along with paper products and basic cleaning supplies. Washer & Dryer are in the unit as well as a few extra blankets and pillows.
