The boathouse sits at the water’s edge on a deep and wide bend in the Wallkill River.The living room and deck overlook the water and offer glorious views of sun and moon rises. You will be left speechless by the stars at night. The house itself is a bright space, full of windows and brightly colored rooms. You’ll find an exceptionally comfortable, king-size bed in each of the two bedrooms. Each bedroom is also outfitted with a wide-screen smart tv. One bedroom has a large desk and chair, should you have to check in with the office or map extensive routes for your next day’s climb.The couch in the living room opens into a king-size bed.There are four chairs at the cherry dining table and cherry cabinets in the kitchen. A Viking gas stove was just installed, and a sub zero refrigerator, as I’m upgrading all of the kitchen appliances to our favorite models.The art is bold and furniture oversized for a happy, restful, rejuvenating experience. There is a grassy, fenced yard for your kids and pups.There is also a row boat, canoe and four kayaks for your use.
