This is a centrally located (north Wilm) attached mother-in-law suite in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood 10 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, downtown Wilmington, Mayfaire shopping center, movie studio and airport.Included are a mini-fridge, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker and coffee bean grinder, wifi, and television with HBO Max and Hulu. We have a play kitchen for children and games for everyone. This studio is self-sufficient so access is to your suite only.
