We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”. PARKING: The condo complex is gated and requires a parking pass, which you get for a $45 Fee. This fee covers your entire stay. The parking pass will get you an assigned covered parking space. There is also a $75 refundable deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association upon your departure.The $119 Property Protection fee covers things such as replacing broken/damaged furniture, carpeting, blinds, flood, fire, etc., and will be added at the end of booking your reservation.
