"Super hotel, recente, molto pulito. Le camere sono decorate con gusto, spaziose, lettiera confortevole, nessun rumore. Il parcheggio è gratuito, c'è un lavandino nell'hotel nella RDC. L'hotel è vicino al centro della città (circa 8 minuti a piedi). Le personnel est très aimable et à l’écoute. Petit-dej classique complet avec du choix sucré/salé."

Watch the boats, manatees and dolphins sail by on the dock. Catch mullet, catfish and snapper for dinner! UUte JohnsonL'hotel è molto pulito, il personale è molto utile e amichevole. La posizione è a soli 10 minuti dalla spiaggia e molto vicino a Walmart o Aldi se si richiede ancora velocemente. La camera, il letto e il bagno erano freschi e puliti. La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo e molto ricco. Ogni giorno ci sono stati frutti freschi aggiunti qui mele o banane da portare. La selezione di colazione è sufficiente da pancake, bagelli, muffin, biscotti e salsa secca, uova o omelete, scrambled or boiled, fresh chinamon rolls, yogurt, poco più di abbastanza. Il mio riassunto su questo hotel: sono felice di averlo trovato e sono felice di tornare.

TTraveling TanAbbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno presso Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa vicino a Napoli. Il buffet di colazione e le fantastiche attrazioni hanno davvero migliorato la nostra esperienza. Tuttavia, la tassa di resort di $82 ci ha cacciati dalla guardia al check-out. It would be great if Trip.com could incorporate this fee into the initial booking to prevent any last-minute surprises. Despite this, we’d be keen to revisit the hotel in the future. Quando siamo arrivati, la nostra stanza era di 50 gradi e il nostro bambino era congelato, abbiamo dovuto dormire per la prima volta (e spero per l'ultima volta) per tenerla calda. Le loro scuse erano che non è mai freddo in Florida, ma che non è vero, ho vissuto in Florida prima e ho sempre tenuto un riscaldatore per quelle notti fredde meno comuni ma attese in inverno. Ho pagato oltre $500 per notte per questo.

UUtente ospiteHotel davvero pulito e ristrutturato. Grande letto, si può sentire che questi non sono utilizzati per dieci anni come ogni altro motel. Un grande problema è l'isolamento mancante del pavimento. Si può sentire ogni passo della stanza sopra. La nostra fortuna era sgradevole, una donna con sei figli aveva la stanza sopra di noi e si stava saltando e correndo tutto il tempo. Questo hotel è carino, il che significa anche che la gente lascerà i cani che si spazzano nelle stanze.

UUtente ospiteWe love this location right in the middle of downtown Fort Myers, Florida. We've stayed here a few times, including before the recent renovation. There is a an interesting variety of rooms with different layouts which we enjoyed. This time we chose a King room with balcony and city view. The balcony is small but big enough for 2 people and while it does have an ok ”city view,” it also looks down upon another roof below with all the air conditioners (something we do not like when paying extra for a ”view”). However, you can also see the river along with a bit of Patio DeLeon, in the middle of downtown Fort Myers. At night, is where the view shines with all the colorful lighting and usual music can be heard from live musicians. This room is fairly large for a boutique hotel with a larger than usual TV. However, the TV and dresser on which it sits are oddly placed in a corner at an angle, and pretty far from the bed detracting from the size of the screen. Programming is not in HD and also not set to the correct proportions (everything was vertically compressed) and the remote does not allow adjustments for this. It has a nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge but no microwave which we thought it should have given the price for the room and how inexpensive small microwaves cost (It may have been an option but it should already be there). Shower is very nice but every 30 seconds the water pressure dropped, then climbed back up - no biggie, just odd. Toilet paper seemed cheap for this type of hotel but all other items seemed to match this type of hotel. You have to pay $3 per bottle for the 2 bottles that are already in the room. It's like ”nickel and diming” for something as inexpensive as bottled water - like having no microwave, it takes away from the experience given the price of the room. Some light fixtures were not fully seated into the ceiling and like most hotels, the air vent in the bathroom had visible dust (I realize most people don't even look at these things, but I tend to notice it). The bed, although newer, was very firm, and not what we typically find in an upscale hotel. The walls are ”thin” allowing sounds from outside and adjacent rooms to be heard which is just an observation, not necessarily a negative. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking options are basically valet or one of 2 nearby parking garages. One parking garage is literally across the street which worked great for us at a lot less than using valet - pros and cons to each. The ice machine on our floor was not working which requires you to acquire ice on another floor (we were on the 7th floor - the top floor). There is a nice little rooftop bar which has a similar view of the city as our room but a little higher. The bar area has decent seating with a good mix of small couches, chairs and high top tables. We did not eat or have room service during this stay but it's available. Overall, it's a very nice, small hotel in an ideal, convenient location and we will definitely go back.

UUtente ospiteNice cute place. If you want there are kayaks to use. I didn't go. Owners were not always on site when I looked for them. Nice pool area. The only issue is whatever cleaning products some places use is horrible. Maybe it's just me but I wanted my window open and could not open it. I was thinking because one latch was broken but when I went to ask she didn't know and so I Ms have someone check it later. Well later never came and when I asked someone else they just said they didn't know. She could come look at it but it doesn't really pay to. So no one knew off the windows actually opened or not. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to now. Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach. Would stay again. And Bayside tavern is right next door with awesome food and nice people.

BBijnenFor our second night at the Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Myers Spring Resort, we stayed in an even nicer room with a walk-in shower. The room was, once again, comfortable and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the breakfast experience was still disappointing, with limited options available.
One thing that stood out was the large amount of trash scattered next to the building. It gave a less-than-ideal impression of the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property, which was a shame given the otherwise positive aspects of the stay.
While the room itself was great, the breakfast and the area outside the hotel could use some attention to improve the overall guest experience.
