Elegant Country Home that belonged to the same family since it was built in the 1920s. The house sits on 3 acres of land with a big deck and privacy. The house has hardwood floors throughout. The Large EIK kitchen is totally remodeled and has a dishwasher. Beside the dining room is our game room with a brand new Fuss ball table. There are two living rooms as well. One has a beautiful built in book case. There are two Roku Flat Screen TV'S one in each living room. It boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a dining table that seats 8 and a beautiful kitchen for preparing the perfect meal. Very close to Hunter Mountain, our house is the perfect place to retire after a long day of skiing or hiking. On rainy days inside, we have puzzles, games, Roku and best of all, Karaoke Microphones to sing along to your favorite tunes. In the evening, toast marshmallows over the fire pit and gaze up at the stars. We recently installed a handrail and cable spindles to make our stairs more safe for adults and especially kids! They’re incredibly friendly— they help us take care of the property. And the entire time we’ve owned the house, we’ve never had any issues with them whatsoever.
