Come and stay south of the city in a semi-rural area with a large fenced yard. Only 18 minutes into downtown Greenville where you'll find loads of good restaurants, good music, and shopping. This fully-equipped cottage is named for the lady who built the house with her husband in the 1940's, and my mother-in-law's neighbor & friend for many, many years. We added the deck on the back to enjoy the outdoors - there's a firepit and a gas grill for your use also. Two bedrooms, each with queen beds and one bathroom that has a tub/shower and a heated towel warmer. There's a dedicated office area off of the eat-in kitchen, a laundry closet and plenty of counter space. Lots of mature trees on the property, and a there's a pond right across the road where you can see the occasional heron or ducks & geese.
