We provide a Full propane tank at check in. You need to replace it if you run out!The Dining area is very spacious with seating of 8 or more! Look at the pictures!The Living room is very nice with lots of space for all!SHELLSEEKER is one of 5 homes available by the same owner in Sand Beach, a 1920’s gated community. There is one way out, and one way in! It is bordered on the South by a Serene Marsh with active wildlife, and on the North by Lake Erie! Armor stone protects the front of the home, but there is a sandy beach and entrance to the lake just a few feet from the side door! SHELLSEEKER is a short distance to Beachcomber and Beach Nuts. Both houses are completely remodeled and can sleep over 20 additional guests! Just Ask! And it less than a 1/8 mile from Beachcomber. The Pictures show many of the features.
