The weather from December through May is consistent and reliable, averaging to 80 to 85 degrees with nice island breezes. The island is only 1 mile wide and 10 miles long and is remarkably undeveloped and under populated. There are charters available for blue water-deep sea fishing as well as guides for fly fishing. You will first need to fly to Grand Cayman which most major carriers service. From Grand your only option is to take a 30 minute (90 mile) flight on Cayman Airways to Little Cayman.
