Perfectly situated between Jamaica's second city, Montego Bay and the majestic 7 miles of white sand beaches in Negril. Perfect for relaxing or remotely working. Our Cozy lttle cottage comes with breathtaking mountain views and ocean breeze or full air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room if that is preferred. We have a fully furnished patio along with outside dining area. These are designated smoking areas. There is no smoking allowed inside the house!There is a beach across the street. On property there are 2 shared pools, tennis court, playground, soccer field and basketball court available at your leisure. Pool float, Basketball, Soccer ball and table tennis paddles and balls are provided. Extra towels for pool and excursions are provided. Gym access requires a card there is a $25 US cash refundable deposit required upon check in for the use of the card. If card is not returned upon check out the $25 will not be returned.
