Shops for daily needs are only 30 meters away. Restaurants and various shops are in the adjacent pedestrian zone. In just 8 minutes you can reach the beach and the beautiful spa promenade. The apartment with balcony is on the 3rd Floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The entire living area and the bedroom is allergy-friendly with a design covering in wood look and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The living room with cable TV, CD radio and dining area with integrated kitchen is furnished with great attention to detail. A comfortable sofa bed that can be pulled out offers another 2 sleeping options for our guests.
