UUtente ospiteI cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless.
We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them.
Why this hotel stands out:
• The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden.
• True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful!
• Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be.
If you’re a solo traveler or someone who doesn't speak the local language, stay here. You will be in great hands. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so well-assisted!

帶三國迷小朋友出行太合適了，離古城超近，步行就能逛，樓下就是好吃的，出行吃飯超方便。
一到酒店門口就被驚艷到：剛停車就有工作人員主動開門、拿行李，還有專人指揮停車，效率超高！還沒走到前台，熱茶就遞到手上，細節感直接拉滿。
辦理入住時小朋友還能抽簽抽獎，人人有獎品，還送了手工體驗券，娃開心到不行。
專門準備的小童洗漱用品包裝精緻、東西超全，連身份證都貼心套上保護套，全程有人貼心指引上樓，我們衹背了一個背包，完全不用操心。
大廳簡直是百寶箱！茶水、小零食應有盡有，牙線、醫葯包、橡皮筋等生活小物件一應俱全，用心程度肉眼可見。
房間設施雖然偏復古，但服務絕對超一流！
半夜快12點娃不小心弄臟床單，打電話後阿姨立刻趕來，粧容精緻、頭髮一絲不苟，精神狀態特別好，鋪床又快又專業，一點不拖沓，深夜還能保持這麼好的服務狀態，這個價位的酒店！
早餐在這個價位裏意外豐富，性價比絕了。
退房同樣快速高效，還貼心送了伴手禮，麪包、糖果、麻花、山楂片樣樣都有，一路被温柔對待。
這趟許昌之行最滿意的就是這家酒店，服務細緻到骨子裡，親子出行、家庭出遊閉眼沖，絕對不會失望！

I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed.
The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, H Hotel, for your wonderful service! ❤❤❤

Il giorno dopo la sera, abbiamo avuto un'altra sorpresa. Essi prolungano 2 colazione gratuita e rendeno la nostra permanenza una memorabile. Abbiamo anche potuto estendere 1-2hrs di più. UUtente ospiteMi aspettavo che i dipendenti della reception conoscessero un po'di inglese. Quando sono arrivato, mi sorprendevo di dover trovare un modo per tradurre tutto in cinese. Il giorno dopo, questo è stato corretto, e ho scoperto che hanno messo un impiegato che conosce un po' di inglese al ricevimento. Inoltre, per questo tipo e la dimensione di un hotel, sarebbe bello avere qualcosa per rilassarsi e addestrare - sia giornata di fitness, spa, piscina, ecc. Tutto il resto era grande e vedo che stavano facendo del loro meglio per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole.

AArizona EdThis is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here.

Lino pulito.Il colazione è buon cibo locale da fungo nero alla zuppa. Uova - cotte o fritte sono disponibili con tosta, yogurt, frutta e sciroppo.
La camera è confortevole, le matite sono necessarie per sostituire le tinture strane, sotto il letto non è stato pulito per un po'. La piscina è stata ristrutturata.
Fumarlo è ancora accettabile, in modo che il fumo possa essere una sorpresa per non locali. Nessun frigo nella stanza. Il personale è felice di organizzare il ghiaccio. Il miglior cibo locale è lasciato fuori la porta principale nel parcheggio a partire dalle 6:00 buon cibo stradale chiede per birre fredde.
