UUtente ospiteNon posso raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza! Attualmente sto visitando e non parlo una parola di cinese, che può di solito rendere le cose stressanti, ma la squadra qui ha fatto tutto senza saldatura.
Abbiamo dovuto comunicare completamente attraverso un'app per traduttori, e il personale non poteva essere più paziente o gentile. Mi sono messo in un po' di crisi dove ho bisogno di pulizia secca il giorno stesso, e il team di ricezione si è messo in azione immediatamente. Hanno affrontato la situazione con tale grazia e efficienza, assicurandomi che i miei vestiti fossero pronti quando li avevo bisogno.

UUtente ospiteThis is an excellent place except aging facilities. The staff are very friendly and upgraded us to a better room for free. Free tea and fruit snacks are available. The breakfast is absolutely better than some of the 5 star hotels. The room service is great. The staff whom I forgot the name helped me with my luggage to the taxi. Xuchang is a pleasant surprise for me and my friends. We will definitely come back.

AArtem ShakirovI had a very pleasant stay at H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) and would gladly choose this hotel again. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Pangdonglai, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the area itself is quiet and comfortable for rest.
Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Even with limited English, communication was friendly and effective, which made the stay much easier.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a modern style. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was well soundproofed, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and complete amenities.
Breakfast exceeded expectations — a good variety of fresh and tasty dishes, suitable for both Chinese and international guests. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was important for work and daily use.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, high service standards, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) for both business and leisure travelers visiting Xuchang.

What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

La separazione secca del bagno è ben fatta, l'acqua calda è veloce e stabile.
