"朋友去新民辦事，幫忙定的房，我知道酒店後面有停車場，朋友開車，外地的，她不知道哪能停哪不能停，特意定的有停車場的酒店；結果朋友到了問車停哪，前台讓停路邊，壓根沒説有停車場的事；另外特意定的大床房，應該兩張房卡，就給一張，多要一張還這那那這都，不樂意給，最後還來一個“卡給你了，下個住客就用不了空調了”，我就沒弄明白，本就就是應該的事，還道德綁架上了，住客用不用空調，就差我朋友這一張房卡了？？"
