We only booked the Haijingtian Business Hotel after a last minute decision to stay overnight at Wuwei. And boy, what a fantastic choice that turned out to be!
The hotel was practically facing the Leitai Tombs Park (our purpose for visiting Wuwei). The interior was lovely and very well-maintained with a bright and inviting lobby. We were served local date tea while waiting to be registered by the pleasant, helpful and very patient receptionist. Then we saw the room we were given. It was unexpectedly very spacious with a separate shower and toilet. We were immediately impressed by how clean and well-equipped the room was.
And the breakfast! It was definitely so much more yummy than the breakfasts we’re offered by some 4* hotels!
Kudos Haijingtian, you are doing a very fine job in every aspect!

I miei amici sono arrivati al nord per la prima volta, avevano paura che fosse troppo freddo, non potevano sopportarlo.Non ho pensato che la stanza fosse calda, e abbiamo tutti bisogno di aprire la finestra per ventilare. Il personale di servizio è molto atteggiato. Ho fatto il mio lavoro alle quattro del mattino del matrimonio, anche se il personale era pieno di sonno, e'stato presto consegnato.Dal receptionist a al guardiano, tutti sono sorridenti, entusiasti e confortevoli.
In breve, l'hotel non ha scelto male.La famiglia di dietro continuerà a scegliere di vivere a casa sua.Inoltre, i suoi amici familiari sono anche molto soddisfatti. Ha anche aumentato molto il senso di buona volontà per la città di Wuwe.

UUtente ospiteI hadn't realised Wuwei was so big when I booked this hotel! It is a couple of km from the railway station, which is why I booked it, but about 5 km from the centre of the city. Mind you, I walked there and didn't see all that much of interest. The real action is around the South Gate, with a great night market, a great seating area nearby and a couple of parks, one on each side of the gate. The room was lovely - a soft bed, plenty of [laces to sit, a table, and I had great success using the Wifi. Underneath, and just up the street, there are a couple of supermarkets, a small foodmarket a bit further away (towards the South Gate) with properly cold beer a noodle place a few doors down to the left of the hotel. The Wanda Plaza Mall is a couple of blocks away, but very disappointing in terms of food offerings.

SScarletTheWandererI recently had the pleasure of staying at Tianzhu Hotel, located just an hour away from Lanzhou, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The spacious and well-appointed rooms were immaculately clean and provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site parking was also a plus, making it easy to come and go as I pleased.
But what really set Tianzhu Hotel apart was the great staff and fantastic breakfast. The food was fresh, delicious, and varied, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. I also appreciated the hotel owner's personal touch, as he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend Tianzhu Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay near Lanzhou. The staff, accommodations, and breakfast were all top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

BBlade.around.the.worldVery old premium 3 star hotel in Wuwei. Despite showing their age the rooms remain comfortable with complete amenities. The beds are excellent, the showers are strong and hot and the air-conditioning was working satisfactorily. Due to diamond status on ctrip we received an upgrade and the room turned out to be excellent. The location is strategic although not exactly near the main attractions. Housekeeping and reception were very good.
If you are looking for good value and don't mind an ageing property you might want to consider this property as your place of stay in Wuwei.
