"Signori, non capisco perché mantenga il sistema di condizionamento d'aria centilizzato a 24 gradi. Ti rendi conto che non è sano dormire a questa temperatura?? !! Gli esseri umani hanno bisogno di una temperatura inferiore per dormire di qualità!! Cari ospiti di Pullman, se siete come me non vogliono avere 24 gradi senza alcuna possibilità di ottenere la temperatura almeno un po' inferiore, questo hotel non è la vostra scelta. Ho avuto 4 ore di sonno sbagliato a causa dell'aria calda, poi ho chiesto l'aiuto dell'hotel, e il massimo che potevano fare è fornire un fan. Quindi il resto della notte ho passato sotto il fan che non è così comodo. "Was recommended to this hotel as the location is very good. True enough, the location is super as Wanda Plaza is just a stroller...
However, as I am kind of allergic to Smoke, I requested a NON Smoking room... unfortunately, once we entered our room, the smoke smelled were so terrible....there is a No Smoking sign, but the fact there is an ashtray, it suggested otherwise....
Luckily we only stayed for 1 night...
Breakfast is good though...
In a nutshell, if you are okay with Smoke, the hotel is pretty good. However, for a NON smoker and allergic to Smoke, better think twice...."

"Mia moglie ed io abbiamo fatto un viaggio a Taicang durante il fine settimana. Prima di venire qui, ho visitato i principali hotel su Ctrip e mia moglie ed io ci siamo innamorati a prima vista del Taicang Jinjiang International Hotel. Dopo essere arrivato in hotel, ho scoperto che era bello come previsto. Prima di tutto, l'ambiente dell'hotel è grandioso. La fontana e il giardino roccioso all'ingresso sono bellissimi. La hall dell'hotel è fantastica e grandiosa e piscina.In secondo luogo, il personale del servizio clienti dell'hotel è cordiale e premuroso e mette i clienti al primo posto il servizio clienti della reception, il signor Qiao e il signor Chen, hanno preso l'iniziativa per aiutarci ad aggiornare la nostra camera. The space feels quiet and open, perfect for slowing down and disconnecting.
There’s plenty to do if you want to stay active: long walks, SUPs, kayaks, archery, zip line, or just relaxing by the water.
Everything is well organized and never feels crowded.
Comfort is well thought out — BBQ sets are available, breakfast is offered, and the cabins are minimal but cozy.
Great for a weekend escape from the city.

DdyhxThe hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests.
The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries.
Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower.
The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums.
In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs.
Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me.
But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

MMs Vee HarveyThe hotel is beauand well designed. Rooms were spacious but not so clean. The cleaning ladies would come as early as 8:30-9am to clean the rooms and even when we lealdt the rooms at 9am, they did the Barr minimum. Cups were still used and not washed and put back. Cleaning was done around our things and floors were barely done in the living space/entrance space. Overall nice place for families and has different activities to keep both kids and adults entertained.

2) Rated non smoking but as usual, every room has ash tray and allows guests to smoke. Luckily my room has no cigarette smell, however once the air con is turned on, strong cigarette smell start coming out from the ventilation. I rather sleep through 5 degree without heating than killing my lung.
