First impression, during checkin, the front desk informed us that the room we ordered was under construction. The employee wanted to offer us a different room. As the clerk was processing our registration, I checked on C-trip the new room that was being offered to us. I realized the room was a lower tiered room. I immediately informed the clerk that it is not ok that I paid for a 600rmb room but is now getting a 400rmb room. I had to plead with him to make some food for us. He reluctantly went into the kitchen and what he made can only be described as slob for pigs.
